I'm really disappointed with the customer service…
I'm really disappointed with the poncho I received. The quality is extremely poor, and it fell apart after a short time of use. Additionally, their customer service is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here. It has been a very bad experience.

Noorlys poncho
I recently bought a poncho from Noorlys (model 'Malia') at the Crymble store in Kiel (D) and there was a problem with the tissue. I couldn’t reach the store but the manufacturer Noorlys could help me instead ! They were very friendly and promised me a good solution ! Thank you Vanessa!
