Bad technical issues

I've used this service for nearly two years and it's been OK until yesterday. They notified me they'd 'migrate' Spot Exchange balances to new Swap. They really did stop the Spot but never took me XRP balance to the Swap so I can't access it. I wrote to support but recieved no answer yet. Clearly, it's a mere technical issue but I'm really suffering since I need my XRP right now! I wish their were more attantive to such matter not to lose customers!
