While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Noon is an AI recruiting platform built to help talent teams find, evaluate, and engage great candidates faster. Instead of relying on recruiters to spend hours manually searching across platforms, Noon uses AI agents to automate the sourcing workflow from end to end. Recruiters can describe the type of candidate they are looking for, train Noon on their preferences, and let the platform continuously search for relevant talent across dozens of public data sources. Noon goes beyond keyword matching by researching candidate backgrounds, experience, skills, companies, tenure, and other signals to understand whether someone is actually a strong fit for a role. Teams can provide feedback on candidates, allowing Noon to learn how they evaluate talent and improve its recommendations over time. Once the right candidates are identified, Noon can also help with contact research and personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn, allowing recruiting teams to run multiple searches and outreach campaigns in parallel. Noon is designed for internal recruiting teams, staffing firms, and executive search teams that want to spend less time manually sourcing and more time speaking with qualified candidates. The platform can also integrate with leading ATS platforms to help teams bring candidates directly into their existing recruiting workflows. Today, recruiting teams use Noon to automate repetitive sourcing work, expand their talent pools, and uncover candidates they may not have found through traditional recruiting tools.

Been using Noon AI for a while now and it’s become a pretty useful part of our recruiting workflow.
We mainly use it for sourcing and outreach. It saves us a lot of time digging through profiles manually, and the candidate recommendations have been solid.
There’s definitely a learning curve with any new recruiting tool, but overall it’s been easy to use and the team has been responsive when we’ve needed help.
Worth a look if you’re doing a lot of outbound recruiting and want to cut down on the manual sourcing work.
Before using Noon, sourcing candidates was one of those things that took more time than I expected. Noon has made that process much easier. It feels less like another recruiting tool, and more like having an extra person helping with recruiting. Really impressed with it so far.
