Package delivered and sheets were placed in the dresser drawers. The sheets are doing what they are supposed to do.

Easy process to find product and place order. Reasonable turn around time from placing order to receiving the product.

Well, it wasn't your fault but I ordered the wrong thing.

DO NOT ORDER THIS! It’s been a month and I have not received anything. What’s worse is the AI customer service that gives you insulting responses that don’t answer a thing. Save you money and lots of aggravation and don’t do it.

Very poor experience- ordered stuff - waited forever and than they said it was delivered .. no customer support. Only online access where u end up in an endless chat function that does not lead anywhere

The mini photo album arrived I just didn’t like the blank extra pages when you have been instructed on how many pictures to provide they said extra pages are there to put stickers on I said I AM 12 years old !
It just looks untidy as it was a gift.

And the two of the pics were upside down, and forget there customer services it’s not there.

Ordered this hoping it will solve my problem. Have not had time to.make that decision yet. The order process was very easy and order was received in about two days. Great service.
After placing charcoal filters on HVAC ducts, I still have an odor coming through. Evidently, they are not doing what I expected. Very disappointed in product.

The mats do not absorb urine or odor at all. I’ve placed the scent bags out, yet there is still urine odor. Neither product is working as advertised.

Used it 3x - so far hasn't worked, just goes to the bottom of the bag. I;ll try using even more..

The No Odor pouch was received a few days ago . The nurses zip tied it onto to my Mom's walker so it would be wherever she is. Nurses said YES! IT IS WORKING!!

Ordering process was flawless and delivered as promised.
The product, however, did not work in any way as advertised. I would not purchase NoOdor again as the name itself is a complete fallacy. The sandy like consistency made the stool inside the ostomy bag very clumpy and hard to remove. I used the product in different amounts for a few days with the same result. It does not perform as advertised in either removing unwanted odors or ease of emptying the bag.

I got everything I needed and I like the quick delivery turn around. Thank you!
