The overall appointment made me feel heard which was reassuring.
I have honestly had an excellent service from this provider I feel the assessment was very thorough and did not take too long to complete given NHS wait times.
Communication has always been quick and fair, I also feel there ongoing support is very good. Thank you 👍🏻
Forms were easy to understand and the assessor put me at ease and didnt judge. Communication was good and fast process
From start to finish good friendly and very fast service
We used the nhs right to choose pathway for my 17yo daughter. It was five months from getting my guardian account set up to receiving a diagnosis. It seems from here that others have had a faster service however I didn't think this an unreasonable time given internet feedback on how long it can take! We had Donna for our assessment and she was absolutely fantastic! My daughter felt at ease and I felt Donna really took the time to look at every bit of information provided and give us a service where we really felt she genuinely cared about getting it right. She made my daughter feel like this was such a positive move to understand her issues and we came away without any negative feelings over the end diagnosis. She was so keen that my daughter understood that this doesn't change who she is, it just gives her an understanding of why some things are harder for her. I cannot praise Donna enough for the care she showed for my daughter. It was four weeks from assessment to diagnosis as we needed to upload a lot of supporting data for our situation. We had the main call and two follow ups to review progress in this time. Only negative points I will add to the process is that uploading supporting documents to the portal was quite a painful experience due to file size restrictions, and if you do need to contact anyone it does take a while to get an email response back. Overall, based on the assessment process though, I would happily recommend Care ADHD/Noodle. We are now waiting on the titration process, will update on this experience when complete.

Constant communication problems, leaving you completely stranded, clinic staff with no manners: it's a shambles. These people should not be allowed practice. The fact the only decent people there keep moving on, and the fact they are changing their name, possibly because they couldn't keep saying 'care' with a straight face, should tell you all you need to know. The fact they are changing it to 'Noodle' should also tell you how seriously they take our challenges.
The biggest regret of my life has been getting a diagnosis from these cretins.
Edit: the absolute state of that reply sums them up. Absolute charlatans out to maximise profit from misery, and now they're giving themselves a cutesie name while they mentally torture people. It is battery farming for defectives: do not use these under any circumstances. It is much better to wait.

I like how things is going,I have my meds ,assessments done well,a lot of forms to filling up,witnesses, people who know me from childhood and adults life.
My medication has been stopped again for no reason .I was promised that Rob Morley will deal with r just to have someone incompetent to deal with me 2 weeks later. Nothing has changed in my circumstances but they have stopped everything and I haven't got a clue what is going on

The wait was eternal between each stage of the referral from my GP. However about 1 year on from my diagnosis I had my T1 video appointment and it was super professional. I now have a follow up in 4 weeks and so on before being handed back to my GP.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Initially daughter started off as a private patient, happy with speed of diagnosis etc and first titration. They knew her previous medical history but still prescribed drug that reacted with anti- depressants. They demanded an ECG, her uni docs were rubbish at this so paid for a private cardiologist- heart was all ok. Paid a fortune for prescriptions and eventually went right to choose as titration appointments rarely happened. Right to choose went through ok had three titration appointments with three different people so had to explain everything each time. Hadn’t linked her private care to NHS one so didn’t even know about the meds THEY HAD PRESCRIBED. Surprise fourth titration appointment happened in August in which she said she sometimes has racing heart as meds kick in. She has previously mentioned this. They demanded again she have an ECG, which the put in an email to her when her records clearly state to email me. Daughter went back to Uni, requested a repeat prescription but refused. It takes 45 minutes OR LONGER FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Massive battle with docs to get an ECG BECAUSE HEART PALPITATIONS ARE A SIDE EFFECT! Something she has told each different clinician at titration. Finally had ECG, told might be 8 weeks before cardiologist reviews it, also told may lower the dose as she has been off meds for sometime. SHE DOESN’T TAKE THEM EVERDAY AND HAS BEEN STABLE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS! Uni work now behind, sad to see her struggle day-to-day. I get that it’s a controlled drug but my daughter knows exactly how she should feel when on it, each person is different. It took a while to stabilise her and now they have put this in jeopardy. RUBBISH SERVICE, RUBBISH CLINICIANS but the lady who answers the phone is lovely, probably embarrassed from all the people she has to fob off. Hope she gets paid well to do a horrible job!

A terrifying experience. In my case, I felt it made assumptions based on confirmation bias, ignored 4 of the 5 baselines their clinicians claim to use to make assessments and ignored contextual circumstances of culture, trauma and poor physical health. My GP advised because of this, it was unlikely to accept the results from the report. Date of experience was August25 but after challenging the report because of GP feedback, this is the latest experience time.

I would advise go somewhere else I had real problems all the way along.
Getting my results was also a nightmare, I wish I had spent more and go the test and results very quickly.

I had my initial assessment in early January. Finally in August I was told I could book a titration appointment. I have the appointment having come of all other medication to ensure I can optimise my titration, I was told I’d have my medication within a week. ADHD is awful and I finally felt like I was going to be alright. They asked me to do an ECG due to the potential side effects. I had it booked and done through my GP within a couple of days and sent back to Care ADHD. I was told it just needed to go to their cardiologists for review. So I’ve gone from thinking it will be a week to unsure. It’s been 6 weeks. My clinician has been responsive when asked for updates but the issue seems to be the process. Fair enough they may need to jump through a few more hoops but feck me they’re either severely under resourced, plain lazy or majorly corrupt because CARE ADHD doesn’t seem to understand the concept of care.

This company was recommended to me in recovery. I have had a great experience. Although I was hesitant to do the questionnaires, it was simple and not too time consuming. The consultation online was very sincere and comfortable.. i was given a diagnosis straight away and aftercare has been very good. Thank you all and the team for making this an easy journey diagnosis
I was diagnosed end of March this year which was a great process, very efficient and have no faults with this!
However, after choosing my options after being diagnosed, I was sent an email at the beginning of April to expect to begin my titration process in the next upcoming weeks. The current wait times for titration specifically says 'under three months from the point at which we recieve your physical health forms', this was completed early May. We are now at the end of October and whilst I appreciate a surge in titration wait times, I can't believe/understand why there has been no personal communciation to myself and/or courtesy of personal updates.. it's been way past the 12 week wait time, I haven't heard anything from anybody, even submitting a form last Thursday and I still haven't been responded to.
My paitience is waring thin, I've allowed ample amount of time and consideration as I appreciate you are working through paitients as best as you can, but I'm severely struggling to keep pushing through the day and live day to day, without going through the titration process. I'm exhausted living without the support I've needed. It's honestly a shame that the titration wait times are so much longer, with support being at your fingertips but not being able to grab this, especially after diagnosis.
With no communication, no updates, left waiting in the dark after 22 weeks of radio silence, its depleting, debilitated and I'm super exhausted with it all. If you haven't started the process already, I would seriously consider going through another clinician.

I was diagnosed over 7 months ago via Right to Choose and was told the wait time for titration was 8-12 weeks. I contacted them 3 months later through their web chat and was told the wait time could be up to 6 months. At this point they were still lying to new clients about an 8-12 week wait time. They were dismissive rather than apologetic which suggests the false promises are standard procedure.
I’ve still heard absolutely nothing after 7 months. They’re quick to respond to bad reviews on Trustpilot where the criticism is publicly visible, but not to their vulnerable clients. I still haven’t received a reply to an email sent over a month ago, but after 7 months of radio silence they’ve kindly just informed me they’re rebranding from CARE ADHD to Noodle!
This feels like a business masquerading as a healthcare service, with little apparent regard for the struggling people relying on it. Genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced. Find a different provider.

I booked with Care due to their low wait times. I was diagnosed very quickly (applied Nov 2025 and diagnosed Jan 2026). I have been waiting for titration ever since, with very little communication. Each time I do email, I am fobbed off with another email extending the wait times. At present, I have been waiting 32 weeks (last communication in sept said some had waited 32 weeks.. I've heard nothing still).
I would not recommend this company. They wait to give out diagnoses fast but clearly can't keep up with the demand of titration for patients.

Fabulous experience .. super professional and felt relaxed throughout my whole assessment! Thank you
We had Bronwyn do our son’s assessment and she was lovely. My son was here there and everywhere, but she engaged with him in such a lovely manner that he managed to sit still and answer a few questions.
Bronwyn was professional and caring, explaining everything that was going to happen and took the time to really listen. I would definitely recommend.
