Noo.ma has really nice customer service. Good responding and try to help the issue well. And product qualities so far pretty nice and modern. Also very quick delivery service. I do want to keep buying stuffs here.
Customer service is extremely slow.
The blanket I ordered was not what I expected in terms of fabric quality. I contacted customer support to return it and request a refund, but it took almost three weeks just to receive a reply.
I have now sent the item back and I am still waiting for the refund. Overall, the process has been frustrating and much slower than acceptable.
Horrible. My second order with this company. First one a few years ago went ok. This one placed November 2025 they refuse to respond. Never delivered. No response.
Awful customer service delays. One of my blankets was great, the other had faulty stitching. Customer service emailed straight away with photos, was advised of delays in an auto email. Finally had a response almost 3 weeks later, to request further photos, which were sent back to customer services straight away, and now another week of delays and I’ve not heard a thing!
Whilst I can understand delays following the festive period, I would have expected a prompt follow-up once they’ve reviewed the case and asked for further information. Really poor experience that has put me off further orders.

my package was lost and according to UPS Noo.ma needs to open a claim towards them.

I placed my first order on January 1st, which was delivered on January 10th. Immediately after delivery, I contacted customer service to arrange a return because I needed a larger size.
I was told that, due to a backlog, it would take up to 9 business days to receive a response. Because I needed the product sooner, I placed a second order on January 10th — a decision forced entirely by their lack of timely customer support.
That second order was delivered only on January 21st, well after the promised shipping timeframe. I was never informed about this delay, despite relying on their stated delivery date.
I was offered either a useless store credit or the option to pay €24 to return the item, and the value of the returned product could not be deducted from the new order — even though the situation was caused by their delayed response.
When customer service finally replied, the response consisted of three sentences: admitting that it was their fault, an apology and a statement that this was “store policy” and could not be changed. No solution, no responsibility taken, and no genuine effort to help.
In short: empty apologies, inaccurate delivery promises, no communication, and all financial consequences pushed onto the customer. This is not customer service — it’s the customer paying for the company’s mistakes.
For over a week now I have been trying to receive my return label of which I am going to pay the costs for. 3 emails so far and no response though I was promised a response quickly. From other companies I know a free return is offered and here the potential buyer has to pay these himself. No problem if the label would be provided within the 30 day timeframe. As other experience mentioned prior I am not sure if this is a form of tactic. Sorry to say: can’t recommend the service though the design is nice in general. Was my last buy.

I placed an order during the Christmas season, and only one item from my order has been delivered. The other items are marked as delivered but haven't been, and despite contacting them via Instagram and sales representatives, I haven't received a response. Definitely stay away from this brand. They take your money and don't send the products.

Little to no communication from this company,8-10 day wait for a reply to an email. Pushed back dispatch date by another 7 day's without contacting the buyer after the original dispatch date given was already 10 days after purchase date(why sell products if you do not have them in stock ready to ship?) if you have products ready to ship then why 10 day's to package an item and ship?
I am waiting for delivery since 3 weeks but Nooma support does not answer to resolve the problem. Parcel lost, rescheduled 3 times and no help from the company. Also Nooma should not choose FedEx for shipping to France, it's the worst... they loose everything. I hope they will refund !
This is the first time I have shopped with Noo.ma. I bought the frosty blue Ande side table. Exactly what I was looking for my area that can sit over the sofa for drinks and remote controls. It was about 10 working days for delivery, the table arrived in good packaging and the quality of the table was excellent with smooth paintwork.

Poor logistics and bad quality control. Bolts were missing from my furniture. Customer service promised me it would sent right away. That promise has been repeated 3 times over 5weeks… still havent received it.also i notice there is damage to the finish on my oak bedside table. On terms on quality they are same as Ikea, only u pay 3x the price with 0 customer service.Such a huge dissapointment.

So far I cannot write anything good about noo.ma except the fact they have a good advertising on instagram, because after ordering it really makes you feel like you got scammed. Excessively long shipping times with no apology or message about it whatsoever. The order said to be sent on 11th of January and its 20th today. And I can see here in the reviews I am not the only one.
Instead of investing so much resources in theyre SoMe advertising, they should focus on hiring more customer service staff, because this really hurts their reputation. When I tried to write them the automatic response said it can take up to 9 business days for them to reply, like seriously? I paid over 70€ in advance for feeling like I got scammed which is not good, I felt like I wanna order more if the quality is good because i love their products but thats not gonna happen.
Really disappointing.
Update:
Today its 23rd January and I received my package! It took long enough but I must say the product is beautiful and seems of high quality.
I also received an answer from the customer service with apology, which is nice, but also only today.
I really think they should work on their customer service therefore I add just one more star 3/5
I ordered a coffee table & a blanket in the beginning of December. Only 1 item was delivered and that was the blanket. The coffee table is still missing.
The worst is that i am trying to contact them to make a claim with UPS and they do not respond. I really dont know what to do. This is one of the worst shopping experiences i've had.
