1st order arrived but not quite correct fit so tried and FAILED to use the returns contacted non stop they said my address was 2 long no other help offers? so stuck with v expensive goods !
do not purchase from this company
unfourtunatly before I realised they are useless at delivery of goods to uk I orderd 2nd order value £ 150 !
it has not arrived ! non stop told me it got lost oops but NO refund No goods they just keep sending me stupid emails asking to confirm I received the goods!!!!
oh and NO telephone numbers work so actually cannot speak to a human ! great products if they arrive and are the correct size ? but its a 50\50 gamble u receive them or a refund! plenty other great dog products on market dont use NON STOP

So beyond frustrated and the timeframe for a response is also frustrating. My order has now said “label created” for the past week. It’s not moved. I’ve paid £300 for an order that doesn’t even look like it’s coming anymore.

The products here not only look fantastic, they are high quality and really durable two.

I picked two harnesses up at a fancy dog store, nearly died at the price initially. But they felt incredibly well made and looked great. The ones I had been using from a big UK retailer didn’t last and always broke or started to fray.

Had absolutely no issues with the harness here- they are built to last and are really easy to clean. Which is handy when you have muddy spaniels!

I also got some more stuff direct from them, and the delivery was really quick and again fantastic quality items.

Can absolutely recommend- they may be ok the pricey side but you get what you pay for, and as I’ve found out previously buy cheap buy twice.

I rated this company so low because of they totally ignore customer service. The coat I got for my dog didn’t fit, so I followed their policy of requesting a return on their website. They provided a FedEx return label. I repackaged the coat and sent it back. I tracked the package through the FedEx site and can confirm they received it. I never got the refund credited back, I emailed about the status and never got a response. At this point I’m out the $95 without any recourse. So, beware buying anything that you may return due to fit, etc.

Well well well, Non-Stop Dogwear — a name that suggests high-octane canine couture, but what you actually get is an elite team of refund-evading Houdinis dressed like Poundland burglars in stripey jumpers, vanishing into the mist every time the word “refund” is mentioned.

Let’s set the scene:
Ordered some jackets for our beloved cocker spaniel, Zero. Measured him up like a tailor in Milan, followed their size guide to the millimetre, and still — what arrived was more “canine parachute” than fitted apparel. No problem, returns are part of life, right?

Returned the items on the 2nd of January.
It’s now late enough that archaeologists are beginning to carbon date the parcel, and my refund is still MIA - probably being held hostage in a dusty warehouse next to the Ark of the Covenant and Blockbuster’s last hope.

Their customer service? Picture a Scooby-Doo villain running a fraudulent tech support line from the back room of a petrol station in Delhi.
Sara’s the name. Redeeming your patience for store credit is her game.
She replies with the urgency of a stoned Goomba, offering updates slower than a dial-up modem in a thunderstorm. Every email sounds like she’s trying to gaslight me into thinking refunds are folklore:
“We’re checking with the warehouse.”
Of course you are, Sara. And I’m checking with Shaggy and Velma to see if you’re also the one behind the ghost of Christmas Refunds Past.

I’m not sure what “Unleash your potential” means to you, but to me it now translates as:
“unleash your potential of a Goomba support squad - flat-headed, flat-footed, and flat-out useless..”

Meanwhile, I’m sitting here watching time pass like it’s a hospice clock. Zero’s grown out of his adolescence and into a full-blown middle-aged tax-paying dog, and I’ve still got no refund.

If you’re running a scam, at least have the decency to wear a mask and carry a sack marked “SWAG.” At least then I’d know what I’m dealing with. Instead, I’ve got the refund team from Scooby Doo HQ fumbling over a return like it’s a riddle from the Sphinx.

Here’s a riddle for you, Non-Stop:

What’s got four legs, no jacket, and a human dad who’s £150 down?

Zero. The answer is Zero.

At this rate, I half expect a guy in a dog costume to jump out and yell,

Rip off the mask and bam — the whole company’s being run by the same bloke who used to print fake PS2 manuals at car boot sales.

The only thing being “unleashed” here is incompetence. If you’re looking for fast service, honest updates, or a refund in this lifetime - you’re barking up the wrong tree.

Ordered a Fjord lined raincoat which on arrival looked amazing. Unfortunately after only three days the coat ripped badly and despite putting in a warranty claim it was turned down as it was deemed wear and tear due to snagging on something. My advice would be this coat is fine is you dog never goes exploring and stays away from anything the coat may snag on. If you want this coat for a dog that likes to explore then avoid at all costs. And for perspective we have a raincoat from another company at a third of the cost that survives everything our dog throws at it. So if you want a fashion item buy this coat,if you want practicality avoid this coat and save your money.

Coats, fleeces you can not match, the quality and fit are second to none, they look great and don’t restrict the dogs movement at all. We decided to purchase a harness, lead and collar and this is where it went down hill. Unfortunately the quality of these didn’t match that of the coat and fleece, very cheap material used which extends to all of the harness such as the clips, fabric and metal ring for the lead to attach too. I’m comparing this to the quality of Bully Billows and at the same price point theirs is much better quality.

Firstly the website is excellent and also provides accurate information for sizing. The product fits really well for both owner & mans best friend. Thanks for all your help.

The actual products are very well made. Returns and exchanges are mind-numbingly painful. Enough so that while I really want one of their products, I am not comfortable ordering from them again. We'll just stick with the crummy Kurgo.

The protective socks are pretty low quality and the company doesn't stand by their products. Took my dog on one walk around the neighborhood and the socks immediately developed several holes on them. Customer services refused to acknowledge that this is beyond what could’ve been expected from normal wear and tear. Didn’t offer a replacement, only 20% off the next order. Way too expensive to only get one use out of it.

It’s is not good, I get it in large I have a midium size dog, but the legs need to be slim like chopstick!
And for the price of 899,- nok kr is nuts!

And I had to cut it so it fit my dog.

Non stop is absolute very good quality and nice comfy material. Would defenitly recommend thuis brand. I use the freemotion harness 5.0 with bungee leash and canix belt pro.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve hit a stalemate and would love someone to just sort the issue this week! Currently having an awful experience with Non Stop Dogwear where a very expensive harness I have ordered has gone missing through DHL or the pickup point.

First off, the chat bot on their website is absolutely useless and doesn’t offer any advice on these situations or who to immediately contact. Secondly, contact with their customer support team is ridiculously slow to the point where I’ve taken it upon myself to contact DHL and the pickup point with very little input from NSD. I’ve now asked for a refund for a second time as this is their responsibility to sort, not mine.

It’s a shame as their products look great and I’ve heard great things but I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with their customer support team who appear to be doing absolutely nothing.

Best products ever for dogs. Amazing quality of everything I have, and I have many products from all categories at home now. Fast delivery and the best customer service I have ever encountered.

Ordered from them a couple of times. Every time ordering and delivery has been problem free and the products fantastic.

We are so pleased with the harness which is a perfect fit and our escape artist beagle cannot get out of but yet it is comfortable for her to wear. It's great quality too! They allowed us to order 2 sizes for fit and then return the unwanted one free of charge. A perfect product with perfect customer service. Highly recommended *****

BEST HARNESS EVER: Rock Harness LONG. Fits my Malamute perfectly, snug, secure, perfect for walking and bike and scooter joring. I use the light loop and the HANDLE constantly. Put his Labels on via velcro thru molle. Versatile! Shape and padding are just right and it vents so Long Coat doesn't overheat. Now if Non-Stop would just make this in Emerald Green! Am harness fanatic and this is the best.

I have unfortunatley now purchased 2 Non-stop - Strong Leashes.

Both have failed. The dog has escaped off the lead by busy roads multiple times due to the clasp mechanism failing. Dog has nearly been maimed in traffic due to the leads failing.

The failure happens when you are stationary with the lead, ie picking up a dog poo or waiting for traffic. There is clearly an issue with the clasp design.

Threw first lead away assuming was a one off fault. Design of lead etc looked sturdy so thought would give a second chance. But second lead has had EXACT same issue.

Tried to raise issue with Non-Stop through chat channels and warranty claim. They have NO INTEREST. They claim not a valid warranty as not purchased directly from them and claim an Ebay pet shop that sells 100s of their new leads is a second hand seller.

The Non-stop - Strong Leash is dangerous. The company charges a fortune for a lead that fails. I am very confident this is a known issue, hence why they have developed the carabina version.

To the Non-Stop review responder, I have no interest in a response here. Your leads are death traps. Flawed. Dangerous with huge maiming potential.

THE FAULTY LEADS WERE BOTH LESS THAN 9 MONTHS OLD.
IT IS OF HUGE CONCERN THAT A 9 MONTH OLD LEAD IS DEEMED TO BE OLD BY THE COMPANY AND THAT THEIR SPRINGS WEAR DOWN IN THIS TIME.

IT IS REFRESHING THOUGH THE MODERATOR HERE ACCEPTS THEIR LEADS DEGRADE AND STOP WORKING.

THIS PARTICULAR LEAD IS A DEATH INDUCING PRODUCT.
