After switching over to Non Slip Shop from a competitor, I quickly realised that this was a great move!
I am a professional installer of all things safety related and after finding this company via Google, I gave them a call and tried these guys out! This was well over 12 months ago and I can comfortably say I am over the moon with these this great company!
Materials are of a great quality, very easy to order (by phone, email or webpage).
I have on more than one occasion been absolutely desperate for something and they just pull it out the bag and help me out!
I’ll continue to support these great guys and purchase their products! Keep it up team

Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Heard nothing from them 3/4 weeks after order confirmation so I e mailed and was informed that delivery was made several weeks ago with photo evidence ( not at my house). Unfortunately the delivery firm delivered to 348 and not 248.I never received a goods dispatched e mail from non slip or a delivered e mail from their courier. Had I received any notification I could have advised non slip much earlier. The courier could only retrieve half the shipment which was duly delivered, the other half was then shipped out to me by non slip this was received but without a mixer nozzle for the adhesive although requested from non slip and told it would be in the post that day, it never arrived. I eventually used the double tube gun and hand mixed the adhesive (that was a waste of 30 quid) Honestly...look for another supplier.

The strips are great and have transformed both the safety and the look of the wooden stairs from our backyard up to the lane (we live on a very steep hill).

Delivery was quick, although one strip was missing from the order. I dropped the company a line at the provided email address and the replacement arrived in less than a week.

The reason this is a four- rather than a five-star review is that the only communication I received through this whole process was the order confirmation; there was no delivery date information or a response to my email about the missing strip, not even a holding email.

In short, the product is excellent and I'm very happy with how quickly they dealt with the issue, but communication could be a lot better.

As noted by other reviewers, Customer Service is non-existent. Ordered non slip strips and fixing screws for a considerable sum. Products were delivered (without prior notice, so were accepted by a neighbour since I was away) and seemed fine until I found that two boxes of fixing screws (£87 !) had been omitted from the delivery. I admit I only found this out several months after delivery when the weather was good enough for me to open the carton in which the fixing products had been shipped. The company refused completely to acknowledge the issue, or even compromise with a partial refund. T&Cs said shortages needed to be notified within 24 hours, which would not have been possible (since neighbour accepted delivery). I just found their reaction strange, absolutely no willingness to entertain any sense of responsibility (what on earth would I do with 2 boxes of screws - sell them on the black market ?). I had to send a recorded delivery letter to get any response at all (two emails were ignored). I thought about taking them to the Small Claims Court, and also consulted Citizens Advice Bureau. All of this was a real shame as the product seems fine so far, and they have tarnished the experience. That was my experience, yours may be different.

Terrible service. Kept on changing delivery dates lost us lots of money on the job did not have the correct means of delivery. Avoid

I ordered 12 pre drilled decking strips. I did receive 12 strips but no pre drilled holes for which I paid extra. I have attempted to contact this company and as with previous reviewers they are not interested in replying or sorting this out. The strips appear to be of good quality but with their disinterest in customer service I wouldn’t use them again

Happy with my decking strips, look the part and the wife’s happy, deffo recommend!

After waiting two and a half weeks, my panels arrived and the colour was way off - I ordered light grey and the panels looked a sandy beige.
After emailing several times and asking for a more appropriate colour, I'm receiving the silent treatment in the hope I'll go away.
There are no sample colours on the website as a guide so be very wary on what you order.
Customer service has failed miserably in this case, I suggest you go elsewhere......

My order could accommodate + or- a couple of mm but after a month it arrived 30 mm too long. The company was fairly quick to replace it without question - but the replacement was considerably thinner and flimsier. The non-slip surface seemed to be as good as the original, so I accepted it. Original product was excellent quality, but poor experience.

Didn't get an order confirmation email so I called the company and was told they would check it out. Recieved an email shortly after confirming the order and giving a delivery date. As for the product (ferrules for crutches) they are just what I wanted, great quality and perfect for me. I mistakenly purchased some from Amazon that were cheaper, the Amazon ones are in the bin, I think that says it all.

I purchased non-slip flooring made to measure and fixing screws. I chose this site because they provided a custom service at a reasonable price. There was a problem with the delivery but they happily resolved that and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended, thank you nonslipshop, one happy customer!

Had a fantastic experience, Tom Stevenson was on hand to help me with all my queiries and gave me a really good deal. Would definitely buy from again and strongly recommend to anybody and any business, small or large.
