NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an item. First they charged more than what was listed in their ad. I contacted them and they only partially reimbursed me. Then the wrong colour item was delivered. I sent a screen shot of the item ordered including the colour showing on screen and a picture of what I got. They said they sent what I ordered. I sent the pictures again and a screenshot of their return and refund policy, which includes wrong colour etc. They refused to refund or replace. They said I could ship at my expense to China even though their website says the item ships from the US.

Too late to check this company here in trustpilot and ordered the seamless cake cover for the size of cup D, however i received an A cup size or i could say like a nipple pad cover. 🙄 That is what it hits me that this company was a scam.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. This website is a total scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from them. I am currently disputing with PayPal. I received a product that was not at all what I ordered. When I reached out to them and even after I sent a picture of the incorrect item, they still insisted that it was the correct item. Beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their product or purchase.

This company uses a picture of a Swiss actress illegally to promote a story about a lift up bra, that is a pure lie. This is twice illegal, since this company doesn't have the rights for the photograph either.
Shame on them! Don't support this.

I ordered and paid immediately. Had an email from USPS saying extra money is due so reached to Nomorthan customer services who told me to contact Evri!! The link on the USPS led to a security alert! I have no item, I’ve paid yet Nomorthan aren’t interested.

SCAM - BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Same as below reviews......cannot exchange product, and they offered me $3 to keep the product.

Please read the sizes carefully. I ordered after seeing their fabulous advert unfortunately they were too small. I asked to exchange for the next size up but had no response to my question, other than being told to keep the product I received, (which isn't fit for purpose) and they will give me £3 as compensation. I'm embarrassed to say I paid £36 for something I cannot wear. My lesson is to check if the company is UK based and their returns policy first in future. I would NOT recommend nomorthan.

If I got a choice of giving this company 0 star I would they don’t deserve one. They scamming thousands of women. However if you pay through PayPal you’ll be able to claim it back all the money you paid including shipping that’s what I did, hope this helps to you guys. I just hope we’ll be able to stopped this scumbags. 🤬

I ordered and canceled IMMEDIATELY and I tried to screenshot that I had indeed canceled the order that page disappeared so fast. So, there was no way of me proving to my bank I had ever canceled my order when I reported it as fraudulent and a scam.

I did not receive any confirmation of cancelation email. So proceeded to email Normortan's customer support and I recieved a rude email saying, "I'm going to have to say no as it can't be canceled as your order has already been shipped." (in the 10 minutes of me ordering there was no way of me canceling, getting my money taken STOLEN and apparently it was on the high seas already being shipped - impossible as it didn't correlate with their shipping times that said it takes 5-7 working days to ship)! I placed my order and paid on the 28 April it's now the 28 May and I still haven't received my order but my money was indeed STOLEN. I emailed the shipping and customer care only to have an email back from both addresses saying system failure delivery. it's as if I have been blocked from being able to send any mails to them as if they never existed. Normortan is a major SCAM! Missive disappointment and I'll make a point of putting it all over social media and Google reviews to warn others against buying from Nomorton! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The prodict is useless and on return you will never get your money back. DO NOT USE FOR ANY PRODUCTS

This website is a scam! I ordered their product and received “Shipping notifications” from a third party shipping service I’ve never heard of. The product took several weeks to “arrive”. They have a tracking code saying it was “delivered” but no product ever arrived. It was also note stolen (I have cameras). When I contacted customer service to explain this, they insisted that a friend or neighbor signed for me (they didn’t, I would have seen it on the camera).

I ordered an Item 4 month ago, it never arrived. I have been emailing them regarding the tracking info and my parcel but they did not respond. When they did, my parcel has already been sent back.
They are not refunding my money and asking to pay extra for the item and shipment to resend new one :)) which is nonsense.
Never order from this website!

They are scammers and using the USPS to do it. They claim to have sent my order, took them 2 months to do that. Apparently they addressed it with only my city and state (I provided my whole address when I ordered). So the local post office sent it back to the sender. I was notified 2 weeks later by Nomorthan. When I contacted the company to get it resolved, interestingly, they replied back the same day, and said they could resend but I would have to pay "more money".

Do not buy it!
I was firstly overcharged - the price in the card to pay was one and they charged more. I complained and they refund some money back.
Days passed and I didn't receive my product. The tracking just said 'non delivered due unknown reasons'. After multiple attempts trying to talk with them and get a refund, they said they couldn't do it but could send another product *if I pay for it* "We can resend to you but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the shipping fee." I lost money with this and they simple doesn't care. This is the worse costumer service I've ever seen!

Do not buy their products.
The invisible bra is fitting very badly. I have selected the correct size (according to their information) but fitting is bad. The pads are flat, and not curved to follow the shape of the breast.
They refuse to make a return, since they have send the ordered size.
They clearly do not know how to run a company here in Europe.

Ordered their bra on Jan 30th, from Facebook,it's now March 25th, almost 2 months and still haven't received order. Their products all ship from China. Tracking is useless and all Customer Service says is that order has been shipped. Scam!!!!

Bra does not fit as expected. Since they sent the size ordered, they refuse to refund even though their policy says they accept returns. Do not buy from here.

Did not work for me. Each piece of the bra flattens the breast in the center and spills it out on both sides. Dont know about young girls who have never breastfed, but definitely does not work for mature women.

Also, the glue makes it pretty painful when you try to take the bra pieces off your skin.

This company has no reasonable return policy. They expect you to send it back to China at your own expense.

I do not recommend buying this product, nor dealing with this company.

After ordering bra’s per website conversion chart, product conversion chart is not accurate! I attempted to exchange or refund the products which shipped from Ireland to us then was repackaged with return US address on mailing label. I contacted CSR support per website instructions and after 24 email exchanges I was advised the following:
1. I should try them or give them away or sell them.
2. Advised Return shipping is to China and very expensive. CSR refused to provide a return address
3. Offered instead was to keep unusable products and be reimbursed $3, $4, final offer of $6! Total purchase price of $56.47. Charged a mailing fee and taxes (I live in a non tax state for order purchase taxation)
4. So as suggested per CSR I did try the product and the adhesive material would not stay in place, I DID follow the application direction to the letter.
5. Luckily their return or refund policy states they will honor my request. So I filed a resolution with my payment app, pay pal. An Immediate full refund was given.
Lesson: if website only has an email w/o address or phone number and claims us shipping… beware!
Horrible customer service and no supervisor response to assist with reasonable resolution.
