I thing the website is a very good ideia. It worked very well for some reservations, but I had a reservation as a host really strange. The photo was strange i couldn't not see the face of a person. And the profil didnt inspire confidence. I refuseed the reservation because i didnt had any response from him. Just to let you know and help with my feedback :).

It's basically like Airbnb, but NomadX has more freedom in how to interact with host. I liked the service especially because I had more flexibility in negotiating with host, and build my own way of trust with the person. The hosts I contacted were all nice, very grounded. I like that they have a good Nomad community led by Filipe. I like to use the service again, and want to explore more.

We are a small company renting apartments in Lisbon for 14 years now. And we started working with NomadX about six months and it is been a great experience and has brought us amazing guests.

Working over the years with so many other platforms, so far NomadX is the easiest to manage the support is efficient, on time and trustful!

We also like the community around.

As the owner of two furnished apartments to rent, my experience with NomadX has been very positive. The support team is very attentive and available and the contacts made through the platform are frequent.

While posting my listing online I had some difficulties regarding the photos upload and Wagner helped me right away with everything I needed. The video call needed to check my apartment was professional and easy going, he was friendly and make me feel at ease :)

My experience so far was 5 starts. Recommended!

Getting home via NomadX was very easy and they found a awesome place to me, my boyfriend and our little doggo Mr.Kauko. Filipe was such a great help and got us a place that suits to our needs perfectly.

Despite the initial hick-ups (my listing was accidentally deleted by Nomadx) and lack of good communication (I found out myself, because the verification videocall was suddenly cancelled without notice) I am happy with the service offered. The helpdesk is great. Timely and very professional. Always available and emphatically engaged. I recommend.

Nomadx is the best! I worked with Felipe and Dave on finding the perfect place to stay while I’m visiting Lisbon for 3 months. They were able to give me great insight on the best parts of Lisbon that I would enjoy and made me feel very comfortable about my trip. They were also able to save me over 10% over Airbnb which had it listed as well and this is the busy season. Incredible! They will treat you like family because of their love for the city and wanting more people to discover and enjoy all of it.
