Platinum band for apple watch - Caveat emptor. They do not support their product.

According to Nomad "Our Product Team has discovered that moisture trapped in the magnet causes it to bloat, preventing the buckle from locking securely." "In this case, if the clasp is not functioning properly, the only way to resolve it is by replacing it.
That’s why we require proof of purchase — it allows us to verify the warranty and confirm eligibility for a replacement. Unfortunately, we’re not able to sell replacement parts separately; we can only provide them as part of a warranty replacement."

It took several weeks and multiple emails to get this out of them. My expensive watchband is now a paperweight.

Nomad makes genuinely high quality…

Nomad makes genuinely high quality products, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Every time I’ve contacted support, they’ve been fast, professional, and most importantly on the customer’s side.

They actually listen, take responsibility when needed, and focus on fair solutions instead of hiding behind policy. That’s rare today. You can tell they care about long-term trust, not just closing a ticket.

Great products, excellent build quality, and a support team that stands by the customer. That’s how a premium brand should operate. Highly recommended.

There was a mixup on my order

There was a mixup on my order. Nomad corrected the mixup and made me feel great abut the attention they gave to my problem. Resolved quickly and went above and beyond to make sure I would be a happy customer and return next time I was in need of anything that was a Normad product. They are absolutely the best people to deal with.

Excellent customer service

While the band is priced at a premium, the customer service is truly outstanding. Every interaction was prompt, courteous, and thoughtful. You can tell they care about their customers, which makes the higher cost much easier to justify.

Extremely flimsy cases. Hope you don’t drop it because they will break very easily. Oh and then customer service, they could care less about the issue. Buyer beware and good luck.

Nomad product and purchase experience

I recently tried Nomad after hearing about them for a long time from different YouTubers, and I’m really glad I finally did. The product I bought for my devices is excellent. It’s very well made, feels great in the hand, and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. The pricing also felt fair for how premium everything feels.

Their customer service honestly impressed me just as much as the product. I placed two separate orders during a sale and ended up paying for shipping twice because I didn’t navigate the site properly. I reached out to their support team to see if they could combine the orders and refund one of the shipping charges. They got back to me the next business day, refunded the extra shipping cost, and shipped everything together without any hassle.

It may seem like a small thing, but it really shows that they are willing to work with their customers and care about the overall experience. Their email responses were also quick and professional, which is always a big plus for me.
