We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery time, especially as your order was placed before Christmas.
According to the carrier’s official tracking, your parcel was successfully delivered on Friday 9 January at 4:00 pm.
Unfortunately, due to the Christmas and New Year period, combined with international shipping from Belgium to the UK and customs processing, some deliveries experienced delays beyond our control.
We always do our best to ship orders promptly and to keep our customers informed throughout the process.
