Bad customer service
I can't use the sweeps coins they give for free or buy them cause it says my account isn't confirmed and when u chat with support you have to go thru that chat bot and when it cant find a solutionit sends you to a human which I'm not even sure it is a human and they put u on hold cause after about half an hour I just give up,id rather give my money to another site than to a site that doesn't care about their customers that our trying to give them their money.
