Total scam
Total scam. They suspend you for doing literally nothing. Literally did what they told me, kept the server shut down until I resolved it. They limited my server to 30%, and after that blocked my access and refused refund. It was my 2nd day using it after purchasing!
Here is my convo with them:
"Hello, why did u block my access to the server? Before using your service, I have used other servers and what I did in your server i did it 7x time simultaneously and no problem occured. While in yours, I get suspended for literally running the server.
Please proceed ASAP with my refund on your service!"

Hello,
Your server was suspended due to abuse reports and violations of our Fair Use Policy. Neither issue was addressed from your side, which initially resulted in your service being throttled and eventually suspended due to the lack of action taken to resolve the situation.
Please note that refunds are not available for services suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (ToS).
