I ordered the tri shelf suction holder

I ordered the tri shelf suction holder. The plastic suction cups are so hard they DO NOT suction. I have sent the at least 5 emails asking to return them and get a refund. NO REPLY!!! DO NOT waste your money. Do not use their products. Awful company

While the product seems to work as described I was very disappointed that the size of the bottle was much, much smaller than the image shown. I was hoping that with the purchase of three bottles I would have enough product to apply twice to my two vehicles,
