I decided I did not want my purchase

I decided I did not want my purchase. When I go to return it the item number is not recognized. When I send an email I literally got 5 asking if I want another purse or a wallet to go with it. I think it was AI. After days of emailing back and forth they wanted me to just send my item to an address in china. Very sketchy. I will never do business with your company again. I am now stuck with a $60 purse I do not want

Disappointed in the purse

Disappointed in the purse. The zipper constantly gets caught on the inner fabric seam every time I close it completely.

A pleasant surprise!

I always hesitate to buy from sites I don’t know, but this bag was exactly what I was looking for, so I took a chance. My bags arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased. They truly were exactly what I wanted. There is plenty of room for my phone, wallet, glasses. I kept one and am sharing one with my niece. I am confident she will love it as much as I do.

Beware! Scam Company

Do not purchase from this company. I've had to file a BBB complaint as well as a fraud claim with my credit card company. They sent me the incorrect bag, they continue to insist I accept an exchange. I've asked to return it multiple times. They refuse to give me the address to return it and have even said if I want to return it I have to pay for international shipping!!! This company won't be in business long with such poor practices. Don't let the same thing happen to you and go buy from a reputable company.

I received my purse and fell in love…

I received my purse and fell in love with it immediately except the side pocket zipper didn’t function correctly. I reached out to customer service. I was immediately helped. They asked for a picture or video to show the defective part, which was reasonable. I was told a replacement would be delivered. Customer service who wrote me back, was very helpful and sincere. It gave me faith a new purse would be delivered soon. I would definitely buy from this company again after my latest experience with customer service.

I wanted to exchane or do a refund on my item due ti

I wanted to exchange or do a refund due to the purse being too small. I went back & forth with this company to return it and got the run around, 16 emails in total. Due to their international return facility being closed, it could not be returned So I am stuck with a $85 purse. Very sketchy company...BEWARE

Dishonest Scam Company

I was so excited to receive this bag just to find out they shipped a completely different bag stating the one I ordered they no longer carry. I'm unhappy with the quality of the bag they sent me as it looks nothing like their website description. I've been trying for 3 days now to return it. The company is constantly pressuring me to exchange my bag instead of return it. When I insisted upon returning this bag as this is not what I ordered they now claim that I will need to self-pay for international postage as their domestic location is no longer accepting returns. I have email evidence of all of this which I have submitted to the Better Business Bureau as well as to by banks fraud center.
