Two words to describe the company NOIR WILD: FRAUDULENT and SCAM! Please do not fall prey to this company's fake and falsely advertised products. Placed an order with this company and the products did not arrive until about a month later as it so called went through customs from China. Ordered the ORGANIC Turmeric soap bars from their website and it was advertised as having natural ingredients with NO sulfates and NO parabens. Received soap bars that did not even have Turmeric and was full of sulfates, and not even one organic ingredient. Contacted the company three times for a refund per the website's policy and they NEVER responded. RUN!!! Do not even think twice about buying anything from this company!

I fell for it too guys, ordered my lil face masks that were supposed to make me look like a newborn baby and shortly after received notice that my shipment was being delayed. Got the intuition to check if the company was legit and here we are, adding yet another review to this thread about this scammy company. If you fell for it too, just call up your bank and file a dispute. Let them know about the trust pilot reviews and they should have everything they need to process a chargeback.

I placed two orders over a month ago and have not received them! I have emailed several times and have not received a response.
Their website is a joke! They have awful customer service, and will not respond to you or give you your money back after NOT sending your order.

I was honestly skeptical at first, but the turmeric soap has completely transformed my skin. I've struggled with uneven tone and the occasional breakout, and after just two weeks of using it daily, I can see a real difference. My skin feels smoother and looks brighter. I pair it with the collagen mask once or twice a week and my face feels like I’ve had a mini facial at home. Will definitely be buying again!

I would rate a 0 , this company is fake , received an order for turmeric soap and arrived from Aliexpress !! Fake ingredients and this company is using their name as NOIRWILD - DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS

i wish i came on here before i bought some straighteners from them, i am getting no response from them ,i am trying to contact pintrest from where i saw them but getting stuck ,could anyone advise me please or get them to answer me please

UNETHICAL PRACTICES - BEWARE! Cruel customer service team, kept taking my money but not delivering product then after I cancelled the order they sent out a random amount of product and refused to process the cancellation! This is four months after anything was supposed to arrive and they tried to pretend it was because of Black Friday and Christmas delays (in March??) despite repeatedly taking my money with no intent to dispatch product until I cancelled the order and said I needed to notify my bank of their conduct. Staff were deliberately horrible even though I originally offered to accept any product that had already been shipped and spoke kindly to their team and highly of the product. DISGUSTING COMPANY. You can find all their products cheaper elsewhere and I’d doubt you could get a more vile customer service team.

RIP OFF, zero customer service, cheap product relabelled and overpriced.

Don’t buy the Turmeric Oil from this company, buy it from Temu!! I found the exact same Turmeric Oil on Temu, Noirwild just relabel it and sell for $55. Absolutely disgusting. The EXACT same product is sold on Temu for $4.79!! It’s literally the same cheap plastic bottle. Noirwild don’t respond to emails yet request your feedback. DODGY AF. They should be shut down.

This product does not perform as advertised!

Bought their pore cleansing green tea mask, it was on for over 30 min... and nothing. It didn't even help my acne nevermind do what it showed in the video. It's just a scam so don't waste your money.

Do not ever buy from here. This company is scamming people. I bought a hair product that did not work at all. As soon as it arrived, over a month ago, I contacted them to ask to return it and I still haven't received a response. I have sent a huge number of emails, contacted through their website, commented on their Ig posts and dm'd them. They even deleted my IG comments but didn't reply. Disgusting company, and utter trash products.

Last month I purchased a hairdryer accessory from this company which was described as suitable for all hairdryers. When it arrived it wouldn’t fit mine. I tried emailing them and messaging them through their website to request a refund but was completely ignored. As my payment was made through PayPal, I opened a dispute to get my money back. When they realised they were cornered, they eventually responded to PayPal, saying they would give a full refund but only if I returned the item.. to an address in Spain!! (I’m in the U.K.) This had to be send tracked and insured which cost me £10.65. Clearly their refund policy is an absolute joke as who is going to be prepared to do that?! Luckily PayPal agreed to meet the cost of this. They are now dragging out the PayPal dispute right up to the deadline date to give me my money back at the latest possible date, if at all. I felt compelled to write this review as I really hope I can save others from having the same horrific experience. By the way, all the items they sell are actually available on ebay at a fraction of the prices they charge, AND from kind cooperative sellers who will happily give you a quick and easy refund service if required. So to sum up... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY.

I purchased an attachment for a hairdryer to curl hair - the website stated it would fit any hairdryer. It did not fit mine and I have emailed multiple times to arrange a return and refund and have been completely ignored. A disappointing, useless product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid.

It is the third purchase I make on this website and I am very happy. Fast shipping and very good quality products.

I don't recommend this seller. I bought a product to curl the hair in April 2020. 3 months later they said it was delivered, but I have never received anything. They just stopped answering my emails and it was to late to aks for refund!! Be cautious! Purchase number 11765

This seller is advertising on Facebook.
I bought a hair volumiser and it doesn’t work.
It hasn’t done any difference to my hair at all.
I shared my opinion under the ad, and they deleted all of my messages and blocked me, so I cannot have any reaction, neither to comment. These pop up companies don’t accept return. So please beware!!!
