Great taste and it did clean my teeth and make my mouth feel fresh, only problem was the pump , it took ages for the gel to come out …other than the pump I would’ve continued To use it but have cancelled my subscription

Taste awful, don’t clean your teeth properly and pump never work. If you subscribe there is no way you can cancel your subscription, they just ignore your emails and messages and you will be charged anyway.

Was using the toothpaste although not keen on the taste. Just got 3 more bottles which I have not ordered
Now trying to find out how I return them.

So, to reduce my plastics usage I got this toothpaste in a glass bottle with no great hope of a successful replacement toothpaste.

Was I wrong!

Frankly it tastes and looks terrible (to me) but since I started using it 3 days ago, my tooth sensitivity has gone away and so has my gingivitis with which I have been battling for months.

Great toothpaste. It is gentle with my gums and my sensitive teeth. in addition, I love the taste.
Amazing customer services too, super responsive.

I like the product very much.
But as I have written before, the pump is not functioning.
I tried the suggested rinse with hot water but there was no improvement.
The product is very good but I cannot access it.
Can you please send a replacement pump?

I have emailed customer service and I have sent a message in the chat but no one has responded. I was charged my refill subscription even though I skipped it. Then when it arrived it was only the pump bottle. I was charged $19.80 and want to return it for a refund but no one has responded to tell me how I can do that.

I love Noice! I started using it because of the glass container, that it was vegan and I loved the ingredients. Then my partner tried it and loved it. It's the way it makes my teeth feel and the flavor that was the most important. I also love the subscription service, so that I don't ever have to worry about running out!

Attracted to it originally because it is in glass with a pump. It is easy access with no mess. Secondly, the ingredients are appropriate and beneficial to the teeth. The taste is great, leaves a fresh feeling in one's mouth. After using it for my elderly father for about five months, his teeth looked shiny and without plaque. This was after he was told by a hygienist that he had a lot of plaque. No dental cleaning was done at that time due to irritation in my father's mouth, He doesn't complain of any irritation anymore. As his caregiver, I am very content with this product.

I was sold from their advert, ingredients and reviewing their website so placed an order for a kit.

I received a shipment notification the same day so already the experience was excellent. My package arrived in under 10 days in Canada, with no customs charge....Happy Days!

A brown cardboard box with 3 bottles of Noice, very cleanly packed. I love the bottles, the labels and the branding.

Two gentle push of the Noice gel onto my brush and away I go, 2 minutes later squeaky clean teeth, tongue and breath. I love that the liquorice is not overpowering as that could have ruined this for me but everything is so well mixed and balanced.

The only improvement they could make is a way for the tiny cap/cover thingy that covers the dispenser to be attached to the bottle so it doesn't get lost.
