Bought a Clarifier exfoliator a while back and haven’t changed it since. It does what it says, but there was an issue with the sample for free that I received. The small sample was pretty empty ( for a free sample mini size no complaint). I was told that it was due to the enzymes which makes sense, that it gradually dries up in the sample small bottle, but no issue happened to the regular size I bought. Their customer service is always very helpful and provided guidance. Dispatch was fast.

I’ve been buying from No Face for quite a few years and I stick to a few products that I’ve been recommended to. The products are definitely top of the range, especially the Niacinamax, perhaps the best Niacinamide product out in the market. And also love the new Youthfx, very result based.

This company included a chemical that I believe is toxic in their Clarifier without listing this on their website. The ingredient in question is Methyl perfluoroisobutyl ether.

Now they refuse to cover return postage for me to send the item back for a refund. As return postage is more than the value of the product, under consumer law they are obliged to cover the cost of return postage.

They are refusing to do this. Avoid at all costs.

Instead of sorting this out for me, they have sneakily updated their website to say that the ingredient list on their products might change.

I would not put the ingredient in question on my skin and would not have purchased this product if they had included this ingredient on the list on their website.

They had my previous review removed, so again, they would rather spend time doing that then actually care about their customers. Terrible. I have lodged a complaint with NSW trading standards. I should not have to do this.

If they remove this review, I will make a whole website detailing my experience to warn others, which they will not be able to scrub from the internet.

My experience with how they have handled my complaint is worse than the original complaint. Even if the ingredient was not toxic, they still have to refund plus cover return postage under consumer law because they failed to declare this ingredient on their website and people can have allergies.

Read lots of hype about their exfoliator known as the "Clarifier". According to instructions you only need a small drop and then rub on your face to remove dead skin without any abrasion.

Put a drop on my fingers and spread over my face and then gently massaged as per instructions.

I might as well have been rubbing my face with tap water for all the good it did. I added another couple of drops and still nothing. No Face claimed results are instant and skin feels smooth.

Did my skin feel like a baby's bum? Nope it felt and looked just the same, with a gritty forehead.

Waste of money.

Vital Cream from activita is my daily essential now. Used La Mer for decades, now I'm over the overhyped cream that doesn't do more than the effective vital cream.

I ordered a product which was supposedly delivered by royal mail 02.05.23.. sent emails regarding non delivery to no face to be told it takes time as its an overseas delivery. Have now been informed they are taking no liability for non delivery and no refund. 3 months after the original email...customer service was abysmal and will not ever order again from there. I am now out of pocket and no product is an actual disgrace...would of gave no stars if i had the choice

Yet I paid package insurance for items.

I get we are all struggling with prices especially since covid, and the impact of the environment but seriously there are ways around these situations.

And they promote and promise good skincare, review on this later.

Apparently NO FACE is an advanced skin care brand with expensive products.
No customer service skills or packaging or any appreciation that we the customers bought from your brand instead of the competition seriously.

No face skin care is amazing, my skin is glowing!

The packaging is amazing as are the products. I love how everything smells really natural. There is no chemical smell whatsoever and the products fwel really good on the skin. The HD Hiro Exfoliating Micro Clarifier lift off the dead cells workout stripping the skin. The BE Active Conditioning Mask and the Vitamins A, B and C are all part of my daily staple and have been since I got them. I absolutely love this. And the Hydro Active Cleanser melts everyday make up so easily. These products are a dream!!

From the get go the packaging is minimal, simple and beautiful. I found that the directions of use weren't on the packaging so after a quick search online i found quick easy steps on how to apply and use the products best.

The clarifier was amazing. It smells great and looks amazing on your bathroom shelf haha! The small beads exfoliate your skin and I was left feeling refreshed and energized after using it.

My Favorite had to be the reversinol. This beautiful little beast got rid of my fine lines and wrinkles on my eye area and forehead. It helped with texture irregularities and left me feeling more confident and i was pleasantly surprised looking in the mirror after just a few uses. This one is a must buy. Smells great aswell and works like a charm!

Niacinamax was a helpful product for hydrating the skin overall i didnt see a massive difference after using but it still went on like a charm and smelt amazing too.

Love the products from NO FACE!!! They made my skin look so glowy! Would definitely recommend trying their Be Active cream.

I love love love No Face! I can't recommend the Clarifier exfoliator enough, it's definitely a new staple in my skincare arsenal. Seeing the dead skin come off right before my eyes is so satisfying and my face feels amazing afterwards. Being Australian-made, organic and vegan is a huge bonus. A+ stuff!

I got the Be Active Conditioning Masque & High Definition Hydro Exfoliating Micro Clarifier and I'm so impressed! My skin felt SO SMOOTH after using the clarifier and the Masque & my usual moisturisers glide on & absorb so well into my skin. Definitely a winner! Goodbye dead skin, hello glow up.

I've got quite sensitive skin so it can be hard to find skincare products that don't leave my face red or irritated. Until I found No Face! Not only is my skin looking more hydrated, it feels so soft and smooth as well. I use the Be Active conditioning masque and Activita, but my fave product is the Clarifier - the amount of dead skin that comes off every time I use it is crazy, it does such a good job but is still so gentle. Highly recommend!

I am very careful when it comes down to choosing the right product for my sensitive skin. I got NO FACE set that helps me to exfoliate, clarify, enrich and heal my skin. I use the product before going to bed and love how it feels. My skin looks a lot more healthier since I started to use NO FACE. Highly recommend!
