I think this is scam paid more than 36 hours ago for subnet and still nothing...

I'm not the type of person who opens a support ticket every day. I always try to solve the problem myself. I bought two VPS servers for remote backup. Unfortunately, their speed was poor. I didn't report this problem, I just bought a dedicated server to improve availability for my backup. My server has been unavailable since yesterday. Trying to reinstall the system does not help because my server simply does not respond. I opened a ticket, this is my first ticket since the very beginning of using noez services and after a few hours there is still no response from technical support. People call it helplessness. Nothing strengthens business relationships like information. Unfortunately, you are missing this potential.

GRE tunnel wasn’t activated because there was already one with the same endpoint IP. No error appeared during the order process, and the service remained pending until I opened a ticket. They then changed the IP to another one but refused to refund the period during which the service could not be used. So, out of a full month, I now only have 17 days. I don’t recommend them.

The service is crap. They just take your money and run. no support service, I rented a VPS, worst decision ever made. Keep away from this site guys.

I've been using Noez.de for close to a year now. First started with a game server and now I'm using them for website hosting. I have had a couple issues in the past but they've always been amazing and very helpful, especially today when I had DNS resolution issues. They are also very cheap and reliable.

My ticket has been left unanswered for almost 7 hours.
If you have a problem and you are in a hurry, you should not expect support. Because their supporter, whenever he is bored, occasionally answers the tickets to pass his free time

There is a screenshot of the conversation, which was almost 9 hours without an answer to my ticket (7 hours are when I registered a comment on trustpilot). And then you asked me to delete my comment. And since I didn't delete it, you reported my comment to the trustpilot site for deletion, and they asked for proof to republish the comment, and I provided proof.

I got quick solution on my query, Support person was very humble he understood my query quick and gave solution on it.

This site offers good service and very fair prices. It also has very good support and patiently handles the problems of users as soon as possible.

VPS quality was good and the support was helpful.

Excellent products and customer service. Very fast in solving issues and implementing solutions.

I have been with the hoster for almost two years now and my experiences have been exclusively positive. The price-performance ratio is excellent and the support is also above average. With every question and every problem I could be helped within a few hours, no matter how complicated it was and I have already had several requests to the support.
