I've used the Nodal PMS software since June 2022 for Rental Properties and Hotels. It's simple to use accounting software and maintain financial data and records. Features are excellent and available in the Nodel PMS software.

Simple to use for owners with multiple properties. I have a few airbnbs and was really hard to manage the accounts and expenses. Esp as I was managing for someone else and they needed monthly reports. Finner allows me to easily send reports to them every month. So that's a huge positive. Plus their channel manager int is decent. And the team and support is pretty awesome.

We got nodal PMS by our a refferal hotelier, really it is a very easy to use for front desk activity for property manager and financial as well operation features is very smooth for a property owner especially day to day operations, expenses etc.
We would like to recommend all hoteliers.

We are using the Nodal PMS software since 13th July 2022 , The Nodal PMS is so good for Hotels and Guest-house, I will recommend to everyone use the Software.The Nodal PMS is best software of the Hotels and Guest-house.very easy check in & check out prosess.The Nodal PMS is manage F&B service, occupancy, inventory, expanse & profit and loss, etc....

Nodal pms software is a very good software.it is very easy to operate. It has some merits. Like we spend.we can add to that .Nodal pms also has the option of early check in and late check out this is great and there are many more features

We are using this software from last 01 year and fully satisfied,it's easy to use and support team is very nice and cooperative,cheers to them.

I find the software to be very user friendly and find it easy to train new staff. Also, a fantastic support team.

Software is user-friendly, we can easily check the outstanding Bills and total revenue of the specific period. software provides a reconciliation option to reconcile all bookings which will be helpful but the software is running slow and needs some improvement too otherwise good and easy to use.

We are using nodal PMS last 6 months and have a great expeience by the easy process of check in and check out of guest, financial as well as accounting system.even thought it have QR code enabled app ,which is thoroughly convenient to guest for knowing outstanding and purchased items amount alongwith support of nodal PMS team is a pretty well feature,they helped us for free onboarding/setup of nodal PMS and done live it in 2 days merely.

We run a luxury service apartment and luxury suites,we really happy with some top notch features of nodal PMS like,easy to use,digital e- menu, accounting system, automatic alert for any pending things as well as c form.really great job done by nodal backend and technical support.
Cash flow management is very quick and easy handling in this PMS,but we felt still a drawback in the slow running and load speed,might be cause by internet speed.

Here is very difficult to tell

i run an airbnb business and one of the biggest issues has been updting accounts. If the payments are from airbnb , its rather easy as they send tax / gst statements. but as the business grew i started getting a lot of direct booking, on the phone - and was a nightmare to get them into the accounting system. hired an accountant but that wasnt easy as the systems didnt talk to each other. with nodal , the accounting for my rental properties is quite easy - can see expenses, cash flows made by month by property. in fact i have an investor who i share these reports with and cant stop raving about the reports they get monthly.
looking to close a new 200k funding with this investor for new property fit outs soon - fingers crossed!
