The product was faulty, but they stood behind their warranty on their knee pads and was very cooperative I couldn’t find email with order number and he was able to locate purchase.
They send me a new pair and I extended my warranty on their site.

The customer service (from Taylor) was above & beyond! It’s rare to find a company like this these days. I ordered gel knee pads for my mom, but a kneeling pad was delivered instead. OverSpecs+ Seal and Ultrashield Pro Premium Anti-fog Safety Goggles
I ordered theOverSpecs+ Seal Safety Goggles over Glasses for use in my garage shop. The fit was tight over my large glasses (145mm x 45mm). I contacted NoCry and Taylor discussed my concerns and sent me a pair of the Ultrashield Pro Premium Anti-fog Safety Goggles. The fit was better for my glasses with a larger field of view. I decided to keep both as the OverSpecs are a bit smaller overall and will work better with hats and helmets. Both sre very comfortable and I am able to wear them for hours. Great experience and a shout out to Taylor for his excellent customer service!!

Great goggles
Easy ordering. The goggles fit right over my glasses and are very comfortable. I completed a woodworking projecting using the goggles whenever I used the saws, and it was very comfortable, no fogging, nothing getting in the way.

No CRY Knee Pads
I am doing some crawlspace work under my house. Knees killing me.some knee pads were a necessity not a luxury. I found some no cry knee pads on Amazon for a little over 30.00.
I was skeptical. I’ve owned the cheap ones(not worth having).the first day they paid for themselves in my opinion. They exceeded all my expectations. They not only function well but they have easy to see red loops that you can pull up quick and easy if needed. Also red on the Velcro straps to ease in removal. I will have more than one pair of these. I recommend these no cry knee pads.

Charlie is no bot!
In particular what made my experience great was their customer service. I received some well made goggles from my sister-in-law for Christmas 2025. The instructions mentioned that these didn't fit over glasses (if I wore them), to contact their customer service at blah blah blah....so I did.
Charlie was the only contact I needed to make. He just needed the order # from my SIL. Even before I could provide it, he was setting up a replacement goggle to ship out. Within 3 working days it was done!
No chatbot, no "we'll review this and get right back"..just take a photo, send it, and Wow! We buy from quality providers and are used to quality service. We are thrilled to know of another quality organization that really wants you to experience their love for a customer. They care! So refreshing...

Great Quality
I love the hard shell outside with cushion inside and the sculptured features make the fit very stable. This do stay up all day. Yes I do mean all day, 8 plus hours. The straps do run smaller so if unsure go larger. Mine are on the small side. They fit but with heavy jeans one has to stretch the elastic more. I have used now for 7 months at least once a week and still going strong.
