NoBroker AC Service Scam — Paid Service, Extortion Attempts, Fake Assurances & 11 Days of Negligence

Booked AC service from NoBroker for a gas leakage issue, paid the full service amount, and your technician still had the audacity to demand extra cash on the side. Pure extortion disguised as “service.”

Within just 20 days, the AC stopped cooling again. Since then, your entire support system has been nothing but a circus of fake assurances, scripted replies, and shameless negligence. I was handed ticket numbers, promised “48-hour resolution,” told the matter was “escalated,” and assured that the “team will reach out shortly.” It’s now been over 11 DAYS and not a single competent person has shown up.

Your chat support is completely useless — copy-paste responses with zero accountability. Social media escalation? Another joke. Your team seems more interested in delaying customers until they give up rather than actually resolving issues.

In the end, I had to hire a local technician and PAY AGAIN out of my own pocket because your company failed to provide even the most basic after-service support.

And while your team kept hiding behind fake commitments, my 21-day-old baby suffered through Delhi’s brutal May heat because of your incompetence and irresponsible customer handling. This is not just bad service — this is outright exploitation of customers who trusted your platform.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. A company that cannot stand behind its own paid services should stop pretending to be a professional service platform.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with NoBroker post-service support. I booked their AC service, but the cooling issue was never fixed even after the service was completed. Despite multiple follow-ups and continuous tagging on X, I kept receiving fake assurances like “our team will contact you shortly,” but no actual resolution was provided.

Their customer support is extremely poor. Phone lines are always busy, and the chat support team keeps sending the same canned responses without even properly understanding the issue. There is zero accountability, zero ownership, and no real intent to help the customer.

Paying for the service was easy, but getting the AC cooling issue resolved has been a complete nightmare. This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience, and based on this level of support, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Its pathetic. Guys please dont take any plans from this people. I took NRI plan and had a hectic service .They waste your money ,time and increase your BP. Stay away from them .

Very bad service

Very bad service, in terms of communication between the teams, pesudopromises, reactivity of RM and PMs, proactiveness, difficulty to reach RM/PMs (by phone, chat and email), pathetic AI chat bot, pathetic contract editing service. Very poor professionalism, very bad maintenance service... overall waste of money to go with them.

Despite sharing the registered details there were no communication what is so ever from no broker... typical of this agency, lot of promise no action and mostly deceiving!!

Very poor service

I had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers during my recent local house shifting.

Before booking, I specifically asked whether the shifting would be handled by NoBroker’s own staff or outsourced vendors because I was concerned about accountability and service quality. The NoBroker executive clearly assured me that only NoBroker staff would handle the move and that a NoBroker supervisor would be present on-site throughout the process. Based on these assurances and repeated follow-up calls before payment, I proceeded with the booking.

However, immediately after paying the advance, communication dropped drastically. I had to wait almost an entire day just to get responses from support.

The assigned vendor turned out to be J K Cargo Packers, Mulund — a third-party vendor, contrary to what was promised. On the moving day, only 4 workers arrived and there was no supervisor at all.

I had specifically paid extra for carpenter services, but no carpenter came. One worker attempted to do the dismantling work himself despite clearly lacking the required expertise. Throughout the shifting process, the workers repeatedly demanded additional money for tasks that were already included in the package. Charges were added arbitrarily.

At one point, when I questioned the excessive extra charges, one worker threatened to stop unloading my belongings. The same worker repeatedly used highly unprofessional language during the interaction.

The situation became worse as packing materials ran out midway, and fragile glass items were packed without proper wrapping or protection. I also discovered that one of my AC copper pipe sets went missing during the move.

The entire shifting process dragged on until 4 AM the next morning despite my family packing 8 boxes the day before. Despite the poor experience, I was pressured on the spot to provide a good rating and positive feedback.

I had also opted for AC installation service. After installation, the AC started leaking heavily from the indoor unit. The technician promised to return and fix the issue, but even after two days, he has not responded properly. NoBroker support and the concerned representative from J K Cargo Packers, Mr. Sirajuddin Khan, have also been unresponsive.

I strongly recommend that people think carefully before using this service. The initial quote may appear cheaper, but the hidden charges, lack of accountability, poor service quality, and stress involved can ultimately cost far more — financially and mentally — than hiring a reliable packers and movers service directly.

This company is total fake for NRI…

This company is total fake for NRI services. Paid for renting out my shop twice once in April 2024 and again in March 2026. Both times there RM wil show progress on paper only and no field assistance showing property. Also they will call in the middle of the night when we have clearly indicated that we are asleep. After the 30 day period there RM will never pick up the call and now the lady who requested payment has blocked my number as well.

I’m done with Nobroker.

Extremely bogus company and people. Absolutely unprofessional service, they just look after money and zero service.

Last time I put up my review on them, they immediately called and promised for prompt service, but there is no improvement. Extremely sluggish with their work. If you want troubles and extra pressure, take nobroker service.

Recently a lady called me, and without formal introduction randomly started giving me warnings. It scared me the way they treat customers.

Recently I have paid around 10K for which they impatiently called me. After payment nothing much happening, all uncertainty, inefficiency in dealing with customer. This has increased frustration so high that it started to feel harassment. I want my money back.

Rating should be below zero.

The service is absolutely bogus, felt like fraud and scam service.

Everybody should be aware of their service. Never opt them.

One of the worst service i ever had for…

One of the worst service i ever had for shifting of house. Better to have local labours help to shift house rather than taking nobroker. First they fix certain amount and later they ask for double amount. I suggest everyone dont use their service.

No broker interiors experience
Our experience with NoBroker Interiors has been extremely disappointing, especially after payment was made.

Initially, before booking, we received multiple follow-up calls from the NoBroker team regarding interiors and related services. Even when we mentioned that we were constrained on time and unsure about proceeding, the team repeatedly assured us that meetings and discussions would be scheduled flexibly according to our convenience. Based on this responsiveness, we believed the service and support experience would continue similarly throughout the project.

However, the situation changed completely after the booking amount was paid.

Key issues we faced:

• Initial quotation shared was around ₹15.8 lakhs, but later the quotation increased drastically to nearly ₹22 lakhs, despite our renders and requirements already being shared during initial discussions.

• During the sales discussions, we were informed that quotation variation after detailed discussions would generally be around 5–10%, but the actual increase was far beyond that.

• Looking back at the overall process, the initial quotation now feels more like an attractive entry quotation that was not realistically aligned with the final expected project cost.

• We did not feel meaningful design contribution or value addition from the design team. Most ideas, references, and corrections were driven from our side.

• Basic details during discussions were missed, which raised concerns regarding the overall professionalism and quality of the design process.

• The biggest issue was the escalation handling and communication process.

We formally escalated the issue on 8th April 2026. Since then, for more than a month:

- we kept receiving repeated responses saying “the concerned team will contact you,”
- promised callbacks never happened,
- sales managers did not proactively contact us,
- and we ourselves had to repeatedly chase different people for updates.

Even more frustrating was the fact that while escalation callbacks never happened, we still continued receiving multiple promotional/service calls from NoBroker whenever we explored other services on the platform.

Initially, we were repeatedly told that no exception was possible apart from proceeding with a minimum ₹3 lakh project. After several weeks of delay, the same was later reduced to ₹2.5 lakhs, which clearly showed that flexibility was possible earlier as well.

Overall, the experience felt very different before and after payment.

We are posting this review so that other customers can make informed decisions and carefully evaluate commitments, escalation handling, and quotation discussions before proceeding.

Waste of money

In span of 2 years, I have taken No broker service plan thinking that they will send potential tenants. But both the times I am disappointed wasting money. Before listing our property, they keep on calling to take up the plans. After the payment for a plan, they won't respond and till now both the times there wasn't a single tenant who visited the house. RM is only for name sake, I got 12 enquiries on a single day as soon as I put up Tolet board on my gate and I got tenants only through in and around my area people but not through Nobroker

Harassment and pathetic packing

They literally cheat customers, by trapping with initial low quote and increase at the last movement....my initial quote was Rs.50000 then increased to Rs 66000/ again trapped for another Rs12000 extra at the last minute for additional cartoon boxes 20Nos. Ending up Rs 78000 as against initial quote of Rs 50000/-. Now again asking extra Rs 6500/- for extra small items such as 2 gunny bag and 2 cane chairs. The packing was pathetic, when asked why the packing is like this the answer was "No broker packing is like this only sirji" from the partner assigned by no broker. Pls don't get into their trap as I did.
