The worst app I have ever seen i almost paid 15k since now but still I haven't got any properties it's all fake they provide fake photos and location and if everything is fine then owner would be not interested in renting the property full castism. please do not trust them and waste your money in such bad app

No broker package services for owners isa complete scam.I have fallen prey to it second time.last time it was the CPMS plan.This time it is the Super relax plan .The RM did absolutely nothing to get new tenants.Never reached me until I escalated.Manybtenants were interested but he kept saying he could not reach them.not a single viewing was scheduled.I escalated several times and requested my refund no use .worst service .It's a scam.stay away

Total scam this site and froud people are working in this company. I booked the NRI Service after several call every from customer care to enroll the plan and after paid enroll the plan first 2 days no one contacted to me from no broker. After 2 days some contacted me through linkidin site for renting my property and give his phone no. and later on his finalized my property for the rent. When I inform to no broker and submit my agreement copy for refund they claim that the Tenent is registered with us and we are not refund back your money, but tenant clearly mentioned that in the LinkedIn messenger he saw my add on Magicbrick, when I send this conversation to the no broker they are disappear and stop to reply to my email, please suggest me what to do in this case.

I booked a home salon service through NoBroker (Booking ID HS-22022468) and paid ₹2,633 in full. The experience was appalling. The beautician was rude and disrespectful throughout, applied serum to my body carelessly, and then walked out midway, leaving the service less than 20% complete with no explanation.
What made it worse was the complete absence of support afterward. I have been following up through their in-app chat since the morning, and despite repeated requests, no one called me back or offered any resolution. I have effectively paid full price for a service that was never delivered.
I am still waiting for a full refund. I would strongly caution anyone before booking home services here taking payment and then providing neither the service nor any customer support is unacceptable.

After writing a genuine Review about the most ridiculous Experience with Nobroker Property Management NRI services they called me and again said the same thing that our team will contact you and again No call has come back ....So this is a Big Scam NRI's please be careful as they promise a lot of things and make you take the package but they dont give any services that u have paid for .....Inspite of requesting them so many Times that i will be in Pune for only 2 days and all the matters need to be closed in those 2 days and also after scheduling an appointment no agent turned up and did not even bother to call me while i was waiting there at my unit the whole day and trying to reach them Frantically but none of their numbers were reachable and i felt cheated ....I sent them so many Emails too tagging the Sales Person and the Relationship Manager but did not get any reply too ...Inspite of this review i have not recieved a call back from them addressing my issue ....Long Story Short i want a TOTAL REFUND of the 26000 Rs from Nobroker that i have paid in the Name of Premium Nri Property Managent Services thankyou

I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker’s NRI property management service.
It has been more than one month since I signed up, and not a single property visit has been conducted. Despite paying for additional services like painting and deep cleaning, the cleaning quality was extremely poor and far below expectations.
Because of these delays and lack of proper execution, I am losing money every day as my property is still not ready for tenants. This defeats the entire purpose of opting for a management service.
The coordination and support have also been very disappointing. There is no proactive communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency in resolving issues. Overall, the experience feels unorganized and not worth the cost.
I opted for the NRI service expecting hassle-free property management, but unfortunately, it has been the opposite. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

I paid for Rs.6,999 + 18 % GST for money back plan but property is not activated even after one week stating reason wrong plan activation. If wrong plan activated they have to refund. So I asked for refund they never refund the money or they did not activate the plan for getting prospective tenants.

Thank you to our property manager, Syeda Nusrath Fatima, for helping us have such a seamless move-in experience at our new house, which we got through NoBroker.

We had registered with no broker to sell our apartment. During the registration process they are very sure that they will sell your property within the stipulated time frame, which encourages you to proceed with the plan. They first assigned one RM, who did not respond, later another RM was assigned, Ms. Gowthami, who initially was very proactive & assured us her support. Everything changed when she had suggested that they would get the e-khata done for us at the cost of 50000 (discounted price) for which we refused. From there on started slackness and carelessness in organising scheduled visits from the buyers. Out of almost 100 views only 4 visits were scheduled in 90 days, for which she thought she has done justice. After great difficulty I was able to reach Mr. Lakshmipati to escalate the issue, and was assured by him that he will look into it provided we reduce the rate which we were willing to do but sadly this attempt was also in vain and the account has expired with absolutely no regrets on the services extended from the team. Trying to reach them is quite a challenge as the calls is answered by AI and we are told that we will receive a call back as the RM is busy which never happens. Due to these issues had requested one of the executives to consider extending their services without any extra charges for which they said it is not possible, and that we would have to pay an additional amount to activate the account. Kindly refrain from choosing No broker as they do not take any responsibility for their careless attitude towards your requirements. It was the worst experience interacting with the RM.

No broker is scammers if you are eligible for refunds they bring new policy and scam you so had to go through legal please contact me if you also want to go through legal they are frauds don’t pay them

Working with Sundeep was a great experience as he was very responsive and resolved my concerns. He followed up by calling me after sending an email, so that all issues were addressed then and there. I really appreciate Sundeep's quality of service which went above my expectations.

I received multiple calls from no broker for selling my plot, and once the subscription was bought no customer connection made by them. And they stopped receiving my calls hence to me there service is extremely poor. It's a fake app

I took different plans and was disappointed everytime

1. Home seller plan - purchased 2 times (3months plan ) . Before taking plan they call me and tell the similar property you posted at same place was so at 1cr (example) then after taking plan they tell me price is higher, customers are not taking calls. After 1 year I sold property through offline.

2. Movers n packers - they advertise decent workers picking n packing neatly. But this was a disaster experience, the apartment lift we shifted doesn't support heavy items and I specified before making purchase. Yet all items were thrashed in new home they used lift even after telling multiple times.on day 1 apartment people complained about this.They dismantled the wardrobe lost the joints and later denied to fix it. I had to have a series of discussion and calls with representative to get it fixed.

Buyer plan - purchased twice two kinds of plans , they dont suggest any properties . I like it and I follow up , most properties which i like dont take the call , all the time I get ur budget is less we l not get properties when I ask about the properties i liked they say customer is not taking calls.

No response after subscription to their plan. They follow up for payment for subscription daily but after subscription, no leads & no response. Simply waste of money.

Wicked people are doing the service here.The relationship manager didn't even send me the property of my choice and because of him we loss the money.I had really a bad experience with these people and also they were rude especially the relationship manager .I will never and ever suggest these utter waste and fraud one to others.Waste of money too.
The relationship manager made calls at his free times as per his wish and now saying me that I won't get money as the refund as per the company's terms and conditions.If he can't follow the rules why should I? Because of that relationship manager we loss the money.

Very disappointing experience with NoBroker’s painting and deep cleaning services.

I paid around ₹70,000 for painting and deep cleaning of my flat. After completing the work, they left all the garbage and waste outside my flat. My society raised complaints asking for it to be removed.

Being an NRI, I trusted NoBroker to provide a hassle-free service. I emailed and followed up multiple times, simply requesting them to move the garbage to the designated dustbin area in the basement, but there was no proper response or ownership.

After multiple follow-ups, they finally responded saying the deep cleaning work was completed and garbage removal was not their responsibility.

The biggest disappointment was not just the garbage left behind, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and ignoring customer concerns after taking payment.

I expected much better customer service from a company like NoBroker. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their painting and deep cleaning services.
