I am writing this review to highlight a highly disappointing experience with NoBroker interiors in Bangalore. The project has suffered from systemic communication failures, poor design, unfulfilled timeline commitments, and a complete lack of operational ownership.
Project Timeline vs. Reality
- December 2025 (Onboarding): The project was officially confirmed with a contracted timeline of 35 days for Design and 50 days for Execution. Based on these commitments, the work should have concluded months ago.
- May 2026 (Communication Breakdown): Five months into the project, emails to the assigned project contact resulted in "account does not exist" bounce-backs, revealing terrible internal coordination and unannounced personnel shifts.
- June 2026 (Outstanding Deliverables): Six months post-onboarding, basic installations like the jali and chimney remain entirely pending despite explicit promises they would be finished weeks prior.
Core Areas of Concern
- Unresolved Quality Issues: Multiple quality concerns were raised regarding the work delivered, but the team has failed to provide technical clarification or a rectification plan.
- Unresponsive Behavior: The standard response consists of repetitive assurances of "following up" without delivering actual dates, documentation, or progress. The burden of chasing updates has fallen entirely on me.
- Deficient Escalation: Even after formally escalating the delays, the escalation process itself required multiple follow-ups from my end just to get a basic reply, defeating its entire purpose.
Conclusion
As of late June 2026, I still have no definitive completion date, no provided project documentation, and a total absence of clear project ownership. The gap between their promised timeline and actual execution capability is massive. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Nobroker legal services team helped me out for the EAasthi of the property. The customer service of the team was excellent with constant communication to stay in the loop. Jyothsna did a excellent job in helping out with the process and procedures until the end. Advocate Naveen excellent guidance helped to clear all questions/concerns in regards to EAsthi.

Great property management, but internal coordination needs work
NoBroker manages great properties, and their individual teams and property managers( mine was Nitu) are great to work with. However, the communication and efficiency between these different internal teams could be much better. These coordination gaps create occasional potholes in the process, leading to unnecessary inconveniences for the consumer.Issues resolving takes a long time. It’s a good service that could be excellent with better internal alignment.

Worth not to go for NoBroker as they just sell their premium packages where as they don't provide the required service.
I took the "Seller Relax plan", which is the top most plan where as even in 3 months, there is no single conversion for premium location.

I am writing to formally escalate my concerns regarding the extremely poor service experience I have had with NoBroker's paid premium plan.
It has been more than one month since I enrolled in the service, and despite repeated follow-ups, not a single genuine tenant lead has been generated for my property. To make the property more attractive to prospective tenants, I even reduced the rent.However, there has been no improvement in lead generation or tenant engagement.
At the time of purchase, the sales team assured me that I would receive dedicated support, proactive lead generation, regular updates, and assistance from a Relationship Manager (RM). Unfortunately, none of these commitments have been fulfilled. The assigned RM provides little to no meaningful updates, there is no visibility into the marketing efforts being undertaken, and there has been no measurable outcome from the service for which I paid.
Everyday I call to RM but either doesn’t respond and unable to attend any call. Where is the dedicated RM communication between owner when needed. No escalation matrix provided Really , disappointment service , I am looking for immediate refund of the amount that was being paid towards the premium service.
The worst part of this RM doesn’t responds to the call neither to the chat what is purpose of the No broker app, which still unclear. RNM doesn’t provide any updates it seems they just charge the huge money from NRI without any service.There is no escalation matrix defined if RM is not responsive.
This situation raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and credibility of the premium service being offered. It appears that the commitments made during the sales process were intended solely to secure payment rather than to deliver actual results.
I request the following:
1. A detailed explanation of the actions taken by NoBroker and the assigned RM over the past month.
2. A clear status report on tenant outreach and lead generation efforts for my property.
3. An immediate action plan with timelines to improve results.
4. Clarification on compensation, service extension, or refund options due to the lack of service delivery.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to pursue the issue through consumer grievance forums and share my experience on public platforms to make other customers aware of the service quality being provided.
I will never ever refer friend and family members for NO broker services

It was a total miserable experience with NO BROKER . The relationship managers promised the sky before the seller premium support amount was paid . And now it is nearly 70 days - only one visit was scheduled . The team is incapable incompetent and respond with blank statements bearing no relation to the umpteen number of complaints I have raised in their chats with the RM.

Really pathetic service in words but by heart I have no words to say..I booked for intercity services from Greater Noida to Lucknow and their team came at 11.30 am sharp and I was completely surprised that only 03-04 persons came and when I asked how you will manage they said don't worry we complete the whole activity maximum in 03-05 hours..They have completed the whole activity by 12.00 pm in night almost 12-13 hrs and whole day being supported by me,my wife and two small kids and we pushed them whole day then anyhow it's manageable by 12.00 pm in night..After whole day efforts they left glasses,cloth stand and other small things and we are surprised when we ask why you haven't carey pots they are saying we can't carry as these are not good signs while travelling..I told then why these line items are mentioned in No broker app ,they bluntly said that we don't have to take money from you as we are paid by No broker app and whole day we pushed them to bring few more persons but they literally saying you have booked through No broker app,so you please call on No broker support team and request them for more persons..Even i called on No broker support but not supported by them also..They bring one hard copy for preparation of the items and I have mentioned that they haven't loaded these items and ask them to sign, they signed on the same also and saying do whatever you wish to do and payment I have to take from No broker team not from you..No i never recommend to book through No broker app very very shit service..I am sure my things will not reach properly at my lucknow doorstep so I will look and file case against them..I am surprised after paying so much money,we expect so local local services and one more thing they never filled the cartoons and even small small things like cushions,sofa covers and even rajai,all things they put in cartoons just to increase the cartoons numbers as to increase the order value..Never ever recommend to book through No broker app..My number 9911133482

am writing to register a strong complaint regarding my AC service under Booking ID:HS 222427149. The service provided by your team has been completely substandard, and I feel cheated.I booked an AC foam wash around April. Shortly after the service, water started leaking from the indoor unit. When I raised the issue, your technician visited again. Despite paying additional charges to the engineer for this second visit, the problem remains entirely unresolved. Water is still leaking continuously from the AC.Your technician took money from me but failed to fix the basic issue. I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers.
I booked their packing and moving service from Vasai to Pune for 5 June 2026 at 9:00 AM. Based on their confirmation, I made all necessary arrangements, including booking a private car for my family and informing my landlord that I would vacate the flat on the night of 5 June.
However, on 4 June, a NoBroker executive informed me that their vehicle had broken down and they could not come on the scheduled date. They rescheduled the move to 6 June at 9:00 AM. This caused inconvenience, but I somehow managed to rearrange things with my landlord and modify my travel plans.
The situation became much worse on 6 June when nobody arrived. When I contacted NoBroker through their in-app chat support, I was informed that they could not fulfill my booking and that only my token amount would be refunded.
Because of NoBroker's failure to provide the promised service, I suffered financial losses, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and disruption to my relocation plans. A moving company should understand that customers make important arrangements based on confirmed bookings. Canceling at the last moment and then refusing to honor the rescheduled commitment is highly unprofessional.
I would not recommend NoBroker Packers and Movers based on my experience.
