Over the past week I've submitted alot of documents ( over 20)

After the first two days I got told they had all my documents and the verification team would look at it.

Can’t fault the site or any of its sister sites. Do not sign up!! As soon as you want to withdraw you will not get your money. I banked 2x£500 and have waited over 1 week for the funds which still have not been recieved. So email after email and had to send in bank statements to prove I have not recieved the payments. But !!! I have recieved £50 refund which is the amount that I deposited! So another email later me stating ... are you sending me £50 back so you don't have to pay me my winnings!!!!!!

I signed up to this site today. I deposited no problem, won over £600 so decided to with draw £500. I continued to play with the remainder winning over £4000. I went to withdraw the 4K and a sign flashed up saying I had to cancel the withdrawal because I had one pending. So then I stupidly thought since I can withdraw it I will just play it. Of course I lost the lot. Later I contacted No bonus to ask why I couldn't withdraw. I was informed that players are only allowed one withdrawal per day. I never saw this in the T&Cs but was assured it was there. To me this was just to keep money in my account as they know gamblers can't winnings alone.
Once the £500 clears I will be closing this account and never return. Also going to give the UKGC a email about it.

Scammed me out of money

Asked for family’s bank details (family who had nothing to do with the account) said if I didn’t send it I couldn’t withdraw my winnings which I never sent so never got a penny back

Asked them to delete my account
Asked them to delete any data or bank statements they point bank refused

As a gambler they will steal your money and request documents that have nothing to do with the account
