Complete rudeness
I received a call today from a sales person asking if I was still interested in purchasing silver/gold. I stated no, not right now. He asked if he could send me additional information and I stated no that it was not necessary. Instead of being treated with respect and politeness, saying thank you for your time, if you need anything in the future, give me a call. Instead I was hung up on. Complete rudeness. I will never use your company in the future just because of how I was treated.

Buying-great service / Selling-a nightmare!!!
Buying from Noble Gold was smooth—but trying to sell has been a nightmare! For four weeks I’ve called, left voicemails, and sent multiple emails, and still no one will call me back. I’ve received only one email response, which does not cover my questions.
While they ignored me, prices dropped dramatically, costing us over $120,000 in value.
Being forced into email-only communication makes it impossible to lock in prices, and the lack of responsiveness is absolutely unacceptable for a company handling people’s investments.
I would caution anyone to think very carefully before trusting them with their money.
Update 2/20/26:
That is incorrect, Noble Gold. I contacted you 1/16, 1/23, 1/28, 2/4, 2/10, 2/11, and 2/12. Finally, on 2/12 you called me (when metal prices tanked). Had you contacted me in the 5-7 period, as stated on your auto-email replies, I would have sold my metals in late Jan with an additional $120k in value. I finally sold the metals to end the nightmare with you. Absolutely nothing Noble about your company!

Fantastic company, Great Service
A business associate of mine needed to understand the process of buying/selling/storing precious metals in order to develop a product he is working on. I recommended Josh of Noble Gold and explained what I needed. he was not hesitant to meet with my business associate and explain the process to him. A very unselfish move. I was able to recommend him because of the previous experiences I had with the company.
I needed help with moving my IRA to silver and Joshua Ward was recommended! He did a fantastic, professional job. He was available for my personal calls and if he was with another client he would call back. Unlike other brokers who tried to sell collectors items for higher profit, Josh was honest and upfront about the products. I was assured with pictures of the purchase and certificates. He recommended a safe and affordable vault for storage. He also assured me that when I am ready to sell, his company will make the purchase. I am extremely happy that I met Josh in July 2022 and made some purchases then. I highly recommend his company and services.
