AMAZING support

horrible experience

I have talked to multiple support people like zenix, chey, monke, and thudhu. Monke tried helping me the most with my hyper V and was not able to get it to work. He said he would transfer it to management but than Thudhu responds which is not management and tells me to downgrade my windows which is not mentioned anywhere on the cheat that it would be needed. Downgrading my windows wont fix this and I've said that to him because Downgrading from Windows 11 25H2 to 24H2 is unlikely to fix issues with Hyper-V not disabling, as both versions share the same core architecture and known bugs regarding Virtualization-Based Security (VBS). Thudhu has been a horrible support agent with no respect whatsoever and not moving me further to management.

We want to clarify that you were not treated with disrespect by our support team. Both Monke and Thudhu were responding with the intent to help resolve the Hyper-V issue using the troubleshooting steps available to them.

Downgrading from Windows 11 25H2 to 24H2 can help in some cases where Hyper-V or related virtualization features are not disabling correctly, so it was provided as a valid troubleshooting step.

If you would like this reviewed further by management, please open a ticket so the case can be escalated properly. Management can also add compensation for the time you have lost because of the issue.
