I first met Zane back in 2022, and from the very beginning he made what could have been an overwhelming process feel clear, structured, and achievable. Zane worked closely with myself and my partner to help us set meaningful goals, put a strong financial structure in place, and ultimately source investments and close the right deal for us.

What stood out most was how Zane guided us through every step of the journey. He explained not just what we were doing, but why giving us a clear understanding of the area we chose and the project itself. This gave us real confidence in our decisions and peace of mind that we were in capable hands.

I was apprehensive at first as I was unsure and sceptical to whether Zane was just another sales man just saying the right things to get the sale, but after talking for some time I realised Zane was trying to build a business relationship that will go further than one sale alone. He listened to all my concerns and had good pathway for me to reach my goals.
As I signed my contract for my first house I expected that to be the end of Zane and my relationship as is the case with so many of these salesmen, however Zane assisted me through with any concerns and even now as I'm having an issue with nbn, Zane is in my corner.
I look forward to what the business relation has in the future and moving on with my 2nd, 3rd etc project

In June of 2020, I came across an advertisement on Facebook, for Noble Bear Property.
Their advertisement peaked my interest as i had been looking for a particular kind of house that suited me being a FIFO worker, making the most of my investment, and gaining knowledge for future investment.
I made an inquiry, and spoke to Zane Al'Rafei from Noble Bear Property and honestly, I haven't looked back!
From my initial catch-up, going through the house hacking model, completing site acquisition, having my plans drawn up, discussing price, referring me to my broker and obtaining finance approval to construction, the whole process has been super easy and with no stress.
Zane is a very switched on knowledgeable person when it comes to property and investment, and i can see that helping people achieve their property goals is his passion.
Every question i have asked, is answered in a thorough and timely manner, and sometimes for great lengths of time by telephone, because i have saved up so many questions. :-)

I first met Zane from noble Bear in early 2020, I was mentally exhausted after struggling to deal with what seemed like an endless line of property spruikers all trying to sell me the same tired investment package that benefited everyone but me however that changed when I walked into Zane's office and we had our first conversation.
From the get-go Zane was upfront honest and informative rather than try to sell me a package deal like everyone else I had previously met that had no real benefit to me.
Instead, he helped guide me towards an investment strategy focusing on goal orientation and self-development.

I have recently finished building my first dual key property with Zane's help it is highly positive geared. Not only does the rental income cover the mortgage repayments in a pinch I could also survive off the income even if I lost my job or some other calamity befell me I wouldn't have to worry about not being able to make repayments.

Currently, I am planning my next investment deal once again with Zane and am confident of great things in the future.

It’s been a great and exciting journey with Noble Bear Group from initial catch-up, Investment strategy, site acquisition, plans drawn up, to obtaining finance approval, settlement to planning permit and soon to be in construction.
