Rubbish, awful company and extremely frustrating.

Absolutely horrendous customer service the fragrances came all broken. They are very known for their poor packaging I asked other customer and they had the same problem, and the customer service ignored me when I complained and shutdown my account. Warning to all this company doesn’t even deserve a platform to begin with don’t buy anything.

The way Nobilis Group apparently chooses to deal with content creators who review and compare fragrance dupes is nothing short of embarrassing.

Instead of going after the companies that actually manufacture and sell these alternative fragrances, they seemingly prefer to target content creators who are simply sharing their opinions, reviewing products, and helping consumers discover affordable alternatives.

The fact that content creators are reportedly having their accounts shut down simply for comparing fragrances and discussing dupes is absolutely ridiculous.

Since when did it become unacceptable for consumers to make informed decisions? Are creators seriously supposed to risk losing their accounts, their audiences, and potentially their livelihoods just because they mention that a £20 fragrance smells similar to one costing £150?

This comes across as a desperate attempt to control the conversation rather than address the actual issue.

If you have a problem with fragrance dupes, take it up with the companies manufacturing and selling them. Stop targeting the people who simply review these products.

Trying to silence content creators instead of dealing with the source of the problem is not protecting your brand. It is damaging your reputation.

You cannot demand respect for your products while seemingly trying to punish people for talking about alternatives.

Consumers deserve transparency, creators deserve the freedom to express their honest opinions, and companies should be able to handle competition without resorting to tactics that appear designed to intimidate smaller voices.

This kind of behaviour is exactly how a company loses the respect and trust of potential customers.

Absolutely disgraceful, incredibly disappointing, and frankly embarrassing.
