Very disappointed with the quality of a jacket, tried several times to contact them to do a return. No response. Do not buy from this brand.

Placed my order and saw that they added earrings for an additional charge which I did not want. I emailed straight away to cancel my order and 2 days later got a reply saying once you order its too late! How when they hadn't evens shipped? Received my order 2 weeks later and the quality is poor and nothing like the photos on the website. I've emailed 5 times to return the items and my emails remain unanswered, another company that just wants your money!!!! I would appreciate a reply to my email, if not I'll be contacting my bank for a refund as your custoner service is disgusting.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a jacket which is too big. I asked for details as to where to send it back to get a full refund and was told I would have to cover the shipping myself which would be approx £25-30 or I can get a 15% refund. Scandalous

Very poor quality items received, see through material, sizing is off. The company refuse to refund full costs for return, stating postage costs are £25-30. Do not accept this option, contact your bank and claim your money back this way. The company have to cover shipping costs. It took a long time but eventually got my money back through Lloyds bank. Only when Lloyds got in contact with the company they refunded me. Seek advice and don't accept the postage costs cover!

Do not order from this place! I ordered 3 dresses with the intention of returning 2 of them, not only do they not specify the returns policy of how much the return would cost, but they did not respond to me even when I sent receipt of return from the post office and therefore I didn’t receive my money back for the dresses I returned - absolutely appalling and continues to ignore my emails

Shocking . ....do not buy from them ....totally ripped me off , very cheap copy , not like the advert at all.

Ordered a jumper when received it looked nothing like the picture.Told I could return at my own expense which could cost £25-£30.

This is a total scam...you order off them and they order from china..it takes weeks and weeks, zero customer service and no returns.. avoid and I can't stress that enough...

SCAM!!! cannot get in touch with customer services as email is the only way, and they have ignored my emails as I want to return my items. Items are also very poor quality. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible company, the dress came and it is that small it would fit a child. I returned the item and i am still yet to recieve a refund. Do not buy from this company

DISGUSTING customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! The quality of the items from them are... no words! You'd get better quality from Shein!!

Terrible experience. Dress was 2 weeks late and so I didn’t need it in time of event. Said I would have to pay high price to return back to Asia. Settled for a 20% refund but 2 weeks later still no refund. Dress also was not good quality. Would not buy from this company again.

Took ages for 2 dresses to be delivered. Poor quality asked for a refund & was told I needed to post them back to China. Nowhere in their return policy online does it mention this.
Was offered the dress at a 15% reduction scandalous do not buy from this site!!!

Order took 2 months to arrive, quality of the dresses was terrible, one has straps completely different lengths. Then had to return it at a cost of £30 shipping, and no refund 2 months later. Clearly a scam company.

Poor service dress was delayed by two weeks finally arrived it’s cheap and tacky and way too big especially when I bought a size down! Over all getting a refund and info to return is a massive issue for them I’d avoid this company!

TERRIBLE! Ordered dresses, they took forever to come (said 5 days took about 3+ weeks). Return policy on website said returns are allowed. I had email confirmation allowing returns. I had to pay £36 for a return as it goes back to china. Ever since I have returned the dresses the company have gone silent and are ignoring all my emails. They owe me £200 and were consistently replying to emails prior to the return. Now they owe me money it’s radio silence - FRAUD/SCAM DO NOT ORDER

Never recieved my order. Poor customer service. Never replied to my emails and when they finally did simply blamed me and said to check with neighbours. The delivery location it gave me as proof was halfway across the country to where my delivery address was. Don’t order from here, is a scam! Ended up without a dress for wedding and no refund. It’s been 3 months now and still nothing or an apology. I spent good money, and to not even get a refund is poor service, considering how much was spent.
