What a fantastic company to deal with. From placing the order to them erecting it they have been brilliant. Always happy to help with any questions or queries. Delivered exactly when they say they would, something very unusual in this day and age. They guys that came to erect where so well mannered and friendly and so tidy too, cleaning up every last bit once they finished. Do not buy. Mine was erected on a Friday afternoon. A rush job where fitters left unfinished. Bad poor quality wood used with holes and shrinkage letting in water. The rubber roof leaked and the DPM floor also let in water along with unsealed windows and doors. They have dragged my complaint over 6 months and now say too late to claim and now have to take to court for a refund. Very poor company to deal with.

From srart to finish this was a seemless transaction carried out by a professional, customer focused team.
The quality was first class and the fitters a cedit to Noah Garden Rooms. Not forgetting the sales team who all had a pleasent, calming manner.
When looking in the future for anything to do with the garden my first point of call will be NGR

Noah Garden Rooms offered value for money on our "Swindon" garage/workshop. Having shopped around they could not be beaten on price for the quality offered. The communication was good all the way through, as I had put down a concrete base for it to sit on, and they advised on sizing and payment. Jim and John were prompt and very efficient with its instillation.

1 star is too much, sub standard product and beyond pathetic customer support, please avoid using this company.

Your response was poor to my valid complaint, firstly it was a pool table and not a snooker table, the email chain clearly shows I informed that was installing something heavy inside the summerhouse at the very start of my order, and at no point was I informed that would need to order a reinforced floor, and then as a final genius move your company claimed they believed I was installing a child's pool table, a child's pool table weighs less than a child. It is abundantly clear you did not provide me with correct information and hence my accurate rating based on my experience.

I needed 12X8 workshop and looked around a lot locally and online, nothing matched the quality or price with Noah, I placed my order and was given a delivery date shortly afterwards
My shed arrived on time and on the agreed date, we decided to build the shed ourselves as the base wasn't ready
Very easy to construct, the instructions were clear and it was built in a day (2-man job as some of the panels were heavy)
Very very happy with the whole experience, Noah are great if you have any queries and the build quality is excellent, 3x2 frame and 22mm cladding is really good, most other companies do not offer this

I ordered a shed and a summerhouse, which arrived on time and were installed in a day. The two were pre-painted in grey. So far so good. However, either during delivery or erection the paint was scraped on the fascia and corners. The cut ends of the timber around the windows and door were left unpainted and the single glazed windows were held in by a thin strip of wood to the sides and sealant to the top and bottom. I have to say they did not look professional. The fitters left me some paint and it was down to me to finish the job; sealing and securing the windows properly, painting the raw edges of the timber around the doors and windows and repainting the scuffs and scratches.

Did what they said they would when promised they would.

Just a quick word to say how professional Noah garden rooms have been from start to finish with the sales team of Megan and Tilly to advise and answer all my queries from start to finish.
Darren and Josh the install team were great and very friendly and polite, did a great job installing my workshop. Very professional all round will definitely recommend Noah garden rooms.

We went with the 16x10 Don Marino workshop and the Noah Garden Room team were excellent throughout the process. All options were clearly explained and costed and the ability to flex the design was just what we needed. Megan was super helpful with clear communication throughout. James and John were efficient and professional when installing. A great experience all round and we love our new shed.

The purchase from start to finish was spot on. The fitters who installed were fantastic, the job was completed to perfect description, they fully cleaned the area after and nothing was to much trouble at all.
