Illegal returns policy
Ordered a coat online was unsure if correct size as there is no size guide stated on their website. I wrongly assumed the coat was unisex as I did not state it that this was a mans coat.
I asked if I could return the coat if it did not fit. They told me no as stated in the T&Cs
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY:
All purchases with Noah Thomas are final.
No cancellations, so please be certain when placing your order.
Refunds will only be necessary if errors such as missing items or incorrectly shipped items.
I told them as it’s an online purchase I am entitled to return the item with 14 days.
They responded with: Good luck with that 👍
Not a professional response from a clothing company especially when they are breaching my consumer rights by not offering a refund allowing me 14 days to return or a returns address.
They are not answering any of my emails now trading standards are involved.
Clothing looks good but would avoid as they breach consumer rights by not giving refunds on items if they were not to fit.
