Great online exposure
Being listed on realestate.com means that you get great exposure. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I feel they collect too much personal information. No idea how my personal data is stored or used, but they collect enough to open a bank account in my name, plus likewise from all applicants …. so much really sensitive data… in this day and age, that is dangerous

My first property sale
From the initial information provided along with some guidance along the way, I was able to run my campaign as I chose to.
The online listing process was also simple and thorough.
We sold two properties, so it was enlightened to speak to all the prospective buyers to understand their needs.

After purchasing advertising/listing package everything was easy to manage right up to the sale of our property. We engaged a settlement agent to co-ordinate the paperwork and apart from the cost of settlement and initial "No agent property" fee we saved thousands of dollars in Real Estate Agent commission.
