Continued False Promises (Untrustworthy) NOW RESOLVED
Further to my review above. Sadly, despite promises, this company continued to hold and take further DD, unauthorised payments from my elderly father (91).

They were applied for prior to being cancelled.We are truely sorry for the continued concern this matter has caused and acknowledge your position as Power of Attorney.Following a further and thorough review of our records, we can now confirm that BOTH Direct Debit payments referenced have been identified and cancelled. We can also confirm that all payments taken under these Direct Debit instructions, including those collected on 15 December 2025, will be refunded immediately.
No further payments will be sought from the account, and all Direct Debit arrangements associated with this matter have now been fully terminated.
NONE OF THESE PROMISES HAVE BEEN FULFILLED!
As POA, a residence of Scotland this company is being reported to POLICE SCOTLAND who have the jurisdiction of fraud in Scotland.
Should the matter be resolved I will update the above reviews for transparency and fairness.
