I’ve always struggled to find my style and never really enjoyed clothes shopping. Since discovering NN.07, though, I’m completely hooked. The quality is excellent, and it’s given me the confidence to strip my wardrobe back to a handful of versatile staples that I wear all the time. It’s made getting dressed far easier—and far better.

Great customer service. Decent discount.

Ordered a garment and then returned it. Refund still has not arrived. Website states refund-to-card window is 5- 7 days. It's been two weeks since they confirmed it was returned and in their hands. Won't respond to emails. Appears their customer service agents are trained to ignore refund issues.

I love Nn07 so much - always the best threads and amazing customer service. A great philosophy which is rare to find these days!

I'm very glad they added the sizing info in the description (one size up from the "normal"), so that I could order the right fit for me right away. Saves tons of time with returns, new order, etc.

Ordered from the online shop, fast shipping. The shorts looked good at first glance. However, the seam ripped during the first wash. Customer service was completely unreasonable. They told me to find a tailor to repair it and send the bill to NN.07 (because that's more environmentally friendly... jajaja!). Exchanges only via a form with return shipping... wait and then get a replacement. This is in the middle of the holiday season, and I'm going on vacation soon.
It's not my fault. I had to prove it and argue back and forth. I expected an express replacement. But customer service prefers to stick to the standard process. That's not my style!

I've actually been a fan of NN07 for years, and have bought 5 hoodies and 3 pairs of sweaters from them. The clothing looks very nice in general, but the quality is extremely poor. All of my hoodies have tears in them, especially around the seams in the front pocket and where the laces are threaded through. The sweaters tore around the back of my shoulders. In general the tears show up within a year of normal use. They have not been subjected to hard use, its just normal everyday use, maximum once a week for each item. Considering the average price of 100-150 dollars the quality is absolutely abysmal. I do not recommend this brand at all, spend your money elsewhere. The quality of a 120 dollar hoodie is worse than a 40 dollar one from H&M.

I've got retired hoodies 10 years old that I only use for outdoor activities. Sure the color has faded, they look a bit dingy, but they have minimal damage from wear and tear.

Returned two items costing £640, items were delivered back to them two weeks ago using the provided DHL label. The items have clearly been delivered as per the DHL tracking. I have provided evidence the item has been signed for with a copy of the signature from DHL and they are denying they have received it. I have emailed DHL and they have confirmed the item was delivered 2 weeks ago and the delivery job is complete.

NN07 are saying the item is in customs even though the DHL tracking shows it cleared customs over two weeks ago.

Will be complaining to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Avoid this company is you value your money.

I've been very happy with my purchases on the NN07.com online store as well as with their product quality. Orders have arrived within 2 days in Europe. Refund for a return arrived within a week during the holiday period.

It's unfortunate that many reviews on Trustpilot are off topic, for example directed at a retail experience rather than the website. Some are plain unreasonable, like complaining about a product after 2 years of use, really?

I purchased an NN.07 item through an online reseller, but it lost color after just two washes, even though I followed the care instructions precisely. Rather than providing assistance, NN.07’s support team refused to address my concerns about product quality, instead redirecting all responsibility to the reseller. They also declined to confirm whether the online reseller was authorized to sell genuine NN.07 items, which was disappointing. This lack of engagement left a poor impression, as it appeared the brand was uninterested in supporting its customers or ensuring a positive experience.

This has been the most disappointing customer experience I’ve had in recent years, both in terms of product quality and customer support. It felt like a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend this brand; if you’re looking for quality and reliable service, you’re better off exploring competitor brands.

Terrible returns and customer support.

It’s now been a month since ordering my item, 3 weeks of which the return has been ‘in progress’. From a broken returns portal to 7+ days of the item having arrived back with NN.07, they clearly can’t handle the volume of returns they’re getting. Not good enough.

I have no words to express how amazing the customer service from NN.07 is. Fie helped me doing the best surprise to my boyfriend with the Gael Jacket.

This brand needs to significantly improve the customer support provided. I bought an item in-store, in Stockholm. I wanted to know what the return policy is, so I contacted Customer Support via their website.

Surprisingly, the agent working in customer support cannot tell me what the return policy is. She literally had no idea. All she could tell me is that, apparently, every store picks their own policy and NN07 doesn't know what the return policies are in their own stores. Even if the individual stores did select their own return policies (which would be highly unusual) - how would they not communicate this information to NN07?

Ridiculous. Totally inept customer support. I will never shop here again.

Another fabulous buy-an investment piece which fitted me exactly. Across the range you don't find a certain theme in the clothes, for example: utilitarian or glam, or timeless staples. Rather all of the above & great basics too. And I agree with the reviewer who said that Fie & the customer service team are outstanding.
This is an area where I don't think a stylish clothing company can afford to be weak on these days,& if I sound like a fan, then I admit that I am. I have yet to be disappointed. Cheers No Nationality.07,I appreciate the assistance with the last order,

I love these linen clothes!! I can't wait for the hot weather. I was also really pleased that even though they sent me the wrong size in one shirt, they immediately put the correct size in the mail. They also emailed me a prepaid return label for the wrong size which made everything much easier! Whenever I wear the linen trousers I get quite a few compliments... couldn't be happier!

This brand is terrific, but even better is the customer service. Fie was responsive and helpful in resolving my fit issues. This is especially important as an online customer in the US. Looking forward to the Fall line!
