They agree to one price then charge another

They agree to one price, then charge another... they charged my card an additional $250 about 4 MONTHS after the shipment showed up, LATE and DAMAGED. Total crooks. Then will not even respond to explain the issue.

Delivery receipt was signed free of damage and we never received any report of damage from you. Shipment quoted as standard LTL shipment, where pickup and deliverys are estimated unless you book a guaranteed service. Carrier reportd a waiting time for the driver (detention time) which we passed to you. We have done an excellent service. Thanks

Like others have said, theives

Like others have said, they agree to a price on uship. Then even when the shipment is the correct size and weight they will try to sneak charges in on your credit card 2 months after the shipment was delivered with no communication. No reason ever given, no call, no email, just basic theft. They hit me with an additional 600 in charges on a $450 shipment. NEVER trust these theives with your credit card info. Oh and don't believe the fake google reviews, if you look their reviewers have one review each, total scam artists.

As mention on your false feedback in uShip. You had 3 shipments with us. 2 where good as there was no changes to dims or weight. The 3rd one, you used a wrong BOL and not the one we provided. this is causing billing problem with the carrier. Sorry but if you can not follow simple instruction and using a wrong BOL we are in need to change the BOL with the carrier to our side for billing purpose. Clearly mention in all our e mails and terms and condition. Sorry but learn reading and follow instruction. The other charges comes from the reclassification from the carrier, you misrepresented your shipment with wrong dims and weight. We have quoted on the provided dims and weight. Of course if there is a change the price will change and you will get hit with reclassification fee from the carrier. Sorry but this is not our fault. For the future: Follow simple and easy instruction, provide correct dims and weight. You will not get hit with extra charges. - We are not covering reclassification fee or BOL correction fee with the carrier. You filled a chargeback and you lost as the card issuer is following our documentation. This proof we are right. A false negative feedback will not change anything on this. We would not recommend you to any other broker for future business. Be aware of this liar. **For your information, we do not have fake reviews, we have 1000's of happy customer who provide all the correct information. Thanks

These Clowns!

These clowns! Like everyone else has said, they will double or triple charge your credit card. This must be their business model... Win bids on uship by underpricing and then make up for it on the back end with bogus charges.

First, coordination with them for a 3 pallet LTL shipment was a nightmare. The BOL and paperwork were constantly messed up, they showed up on the wrong day and time to pick up so it had to be rescheduled, then the new BOL was messed up so it had to be rescheduled again. The shipment eventually made it fine, but that's probably because the drivers are just owner operators outsourced so NMU couldn't really screw that up to bad.

However, TWO MONTHS later, out of nowhere, they tried to charge my card another $298 on top of the $435 shipping charge. I have no idea what for as there has not been any communication from them since before the delivery. Fortunately, my bank was able to flag the charge and contact me before letting it through. It's pretty basic business 101 guys, don't go back and try to sneak in charges on your customers two months after doing business - especially without any communication. Who does that?

And just look at their responses to other complaints on here! They're obviously shady and have no idea how to treat their customers... Stay away, stay far away!

Edit / Response: Hahaha, these guys are insane! They actually think that changing the carrier and rescheduling the pick up because of THEIR screw-up is a service I should be thankful for!?!? And then try to charge me for it MONTHS later!?!?

How's that working out for you? You didn't get the bogus overcharge and now have yet another negative review for your efforts! Lol. To be honest, I've rather enjoyed reading their comically bad responses to legitimate customer reviews. Where are these thousands of happy customers? Apparently too satisfied to say anything, huh?

As a business owner, even when I occasionally receive unjustified feedback, I always respond to the customer with polite courtesy and professionalism. Not these clowns... And that's all you need to know about how they do business.

Oh, and yeah, I don't think you have to worry about me booking any future business with NMU Worldwide [insert hysterical gif here]. 😂

Thanks for the Feedback Shwan, there is no need to lie about this shipment. The shipment was to be picked up from an auction place, they require that YOU the customer schedule and online appointment. We assist you in any way and worked it out great. We do change the carrier for you on our end to make the pickup happen. We are one of the most trusted and reliable freight broker. YOU have to understand 1 point: ANY changes within the LTL industry - change of carrier, adding extra service, weight increase or anything else end up in extra charges from the CARRIER not the broker. We would not server you any more as you are one of the worth and unthankfull customer we ever had. Please do not book anything else in the future with us. And when you mention uShip, yes you are going to uShip to get the cheapest price, nothing wrong with underbidding other broker. We never charge any bogus charges. Shipper like you are liar within their feedback. We have 1000's of happy customer and happy we can serve them.

Thanks for the edited feedback, it just show one more time what kind of customer you are, you still calling us clowns and think using this kind of language makes your feedback more right.

Again, if someone pickup from an auction everyone has to go with the auction rules. You requested LTL freight service, which is the most efficent and automated service in the USA and not almost auction friendly, we got the job done, we worked hard and there is no need to call us clowns or using any other language like this.

If you dont understand the service you request than you should not use this kind of service. We have more than 1000 happy customer every year and all of them understand their need and what LTL carrier offer.

We are not replie to a comment like yours and appologize if there is no need for it.

We changed the carrier for you and the next carrier was more expensive, you agree to that procedure and you have accepted our terms and condition.

Noting more to say thanks and have fun while reading our edit.

Please don't use them they are a scam!

Please don't use them they are a scam, they charged me twice, if you use them buy a debit card and load it with the amount they charge you. When the package was loaded on the truck, they didn't secure it and it felt and ALL my stuff were destroyed on the delivery day. They cancelled the delivery because of the incident and tried to reschedule it so they can try to pick up the pieces. They finally attempted to deliver two weeks later and I rejected the delivery because it was damaged. The driver tried to blame the shipper that he loaded the upright instead of sideways but I asked him why he never tied them to the rail guides. I thought this was a straight forward case since they told me how and when it happened because it was in their possession but I have been trying to get my money back since November. I sent a lot of pictures to their claim department (which i didn't have to do because they know what happened) and they are still asking for more.
They just keep responding to the reviews instead of fixing their problems. Now am considering a legal advice. DON'T USE THEM!!

Thanks for the feedback, the only scamer in this contract is you. It is most important that you post and confirm your shipment correct. You posted, confirm to be picked up from and to a business but it comes out pickup from a school which is a limited access location. If you would post your shipment correct you would not be hit with extra charges. Shipment claims are handled by the actual carrier, we have initated the claim. We did not destroy or even touch your shipment. You lost the credit card chargeback as we are correct. Go ahead and file a legal case, the court will tell you the same. And we do not need to fix any problem, we reply to ALL feedback. Please do not contact us for any future business. We do not need this kind of customer.

BUSINESS SCAMMING BUSINESS: DO NOT USE THEM

Hey guys,
Please do not use them. They are special pranksters, do not give them your credit card details if you like your money; they will scam you by double-charging your credit card afterward.

I found an extra charge on my credit card the same day after delivery without any pre-explanation as I had paid in full; I decided to call them, they have shown no interest to talk to me; I know they didn't want to, they knew the reason why I was calling for. Hours later, they sent me the same email that I received after picking-up my toolbox five days before, but this time with different numbers on it. They increased the package weight to justify their scamming.

Believe me, the few good reviews this business has might be paid reviews or employee reviews.

Ms.Irma Cabezas (Accounting / Claim Department / Follow up)
had no clue in what she was asking me as proof while ignoring their own previous email.

I will sue them right after the Texas disaster if I don't get my money back; someone has to stop these stealings.

I do not recommend them.

Thanks for the feedback.

First of all we did not buy or pay someone for feedback.

You have misrepresented your shipment. Our quote was based on 500 lbs, it comes out after the shipment was reweight that the acutal weight is more than 500 lbs.

You agree to our terms and condition that you will be responsible for any changes within the shipment, here weight increase.

This is a normal procedure within the LTL Freight. ANY Broker, ANY carrier will recharge you if you lie about your weight.

Everything was well explained via e mail.

Post your shipment next time correct and you will not hit with additional fee.

Thanks.

Above and beyond

NMU went above and beyond to assist with the tricky details of my international shipment. They were friendly and communicated effectively and efficiently. As long as you as the customer are precise and forthcoming about the details of your shipment, you'll have no problems with this team. Can't recommend them enough.

They will double charge the snot out of you and lie

Don't let the multiple Google listings fool you. They have keep making listings when they get enough bad reviews.
I found these clowns on Uship. All seemed well until they actually got their hands on my product.

I paid in full and on the same day got a call to schedule the drop off for the following Monday between 11-3. The whole shop was shut down for the holidays so I had to pay a couple guys to sit and wait. Drop off time comes and goes and nothing.

Get an email around drop off time. That supposedly drop off is now Tuesday. Call up and complain and get told there are now additional charges to the shipment. So they don't know whats going on or who has my stuff but they DO know I owe extra money somehow.

These people farm out all their shipping and don't have a clue whats going on. I would have been better off using Fedex or UPS. I am pretty sure based on service, they were happy to get my money but did nothing after that. Avoid these people if you are running a business

Edit::: Just found an extra charge on my credit card. Charged the same day, there is no way they checked everything. charged it minutes in between.

Edit: We have done business. Would you like me to post all of the emails and our BOL? You are notorious for double charging.

Edit: Farms ARE a place of business. Whatever you want to say. If I have a forklift and bobcat to unload its a business. Nobody lives at the 50x100 shop and store front. You guys are full of it.

Post whatever you want and the public will see what kind of liar you are.

Again no need to blame your mistake and lie on us.

You are the one of 100 customer we dont want have and we dont want have your business.

Thanks we have explained everything,

+++UPDATE+++

Farms are classiffied as a limited access location. Look up google and search for:

**is a farm a business or limited access location**

**Google and the LTL industry will tell you:

Examples Of Limited Access Pickup & Delivery Locations
Some examples of limited access locations are: airports, construction sites, churches, government facilities, farms, hotels/ motels, hospitals, schools, mini-storage facilities, nursing homes, prisons, and other such locations.

**you confirmed within the setup e mail Business, you did not mention Farm or anything else, otherwise we would notify you before.

**the delivery location is not a business it is your residence.

**you did not pay as agreed before pickup you paid after reminder

You can write and tell mayn excuses if you want, you simple wrong, you posted business to business, uship give you the option for farm and residence, you just ignore it to cheat us and get a better price.

You listes your shipment with les weight and you lie within the feedback you pay direct, no you did not you pay late after reminder.

Sorry but we have nothing wrong from our side, we just found out that we was cheated by one more customer, and we are not taking it like this, you agree to ammended charges and this is what you get billed for: limited access pickup, residential delivery, weight increase.

Dont blame your mistake on us.

Thanks

+++UPDATE+++

Hello William, thanks for providing your e mail address.

You have posted your shipment in uShip with Business (with loading dock or forklift) to Business (with loading dock or forklift) and also you posted a weight of 2000 lbs.

It comes to the carrier attention that:

Pickup Location: was residetial location (where people, live)
Delivery Location: was residential location (your home, where people live)

Both location are not classified as business location. Sorry but a residence or home business is not a business location.

In our quote in uShip we wrote your clearly: **Not sure about address classification please ask us and we will explain**

Your shipment is posted with 2000 LBS and carrier has reweighted it with 2445 LBS.

As I mention before this is exact the situation I have mention the misrepresentation comes always out and you are responsible to post your shipment correct. This is not our fault.

If you would post correct, there would be no rebill to your side.

Shipment was schedule for 12/15 and rescheduled for 12/16, there is almost zero issue from our side for delay in pickup.

I do saw a delay in payment from your side, you accepted payment before pickup, but we was in need to send you a reminder after pickup.

Please think about before you send false and negative feedback next time.

Thanks

Hello Wil, first of all we have not done any business with the name you provide on your feedback. We are not clowns, and this kind of language does not help anyone for a review.

Just to remember you if you had a business with us, you booked a non guaranteed service. Same like what FedEx and UPS would offer you. We do not schedule any pickup on weekend or holiday. People like you should learn to read what they accept on, our quotes are the most accurat one, with the most details. Everyone can look this up. ALSO our quotes are based on the provided information by the shipper. Many people just you think they can cheat and trick the carrier and their broker. LTL carrier always report wrong weight, volume or wrong provided address classificiation. Shipper - Customer agree to pay for the misrepresentation. You can not expect getting a quote for xx dims and xx weight and when it comes out it is more than it is for free.

Also you mention, we call you for a drop off, and later you mention no one come for pickup, what was it drop off or pickup. You even dont know what it was, so better you think what you writing here. And yes we do have 1000's of happy customer, but always thereis 1 customer out of 100 like you. Lie with his name on a public feedback and telling some story to let us look bad, we one of the most recommended uShip freight broker for LTL freight with the most accurat quotes and the most clear terms and condition. Post your shipment correct, dont lie to the public and there should be no issue. Thanks so much

Dont use these jokers!

These guys are a joke. They have no idea what they are doing. I booked a shipment with them that included customs brokering. They picked up the shipment and then told me they couldn't do the customs brokering. To cancel I would have to pay a fee even though they contracted to do the brokering. Finally they told me it would be $815 usd + duty and fees to do the brokering. I had to organize my own customs brokering and then they didn't want to pay for it. Finnaly they refunded $75 but it cost me $291. I tried to explain that we had a contract that included customs brokering but they already had my money so too bad for me. These guys are terrible don't use them. They can't be trusted!

Hello Ron, thanks for the feedback. It would be much more helpfull for other if you don't use any vulgar language. We are not jokers, we are hardworking people. Please stay with the true, any lie does not help for any feedback. Yes you do book a shipment with us and we do inform you that our nominated customs broker has cancelled the import procedure for motorcycle to the USA. We got this information after the shipment was picked up. We do offer you to have the shipment returned to the pickup location or change the broker to another broker which would be exact the same amount of broker fee you pay to your own broker. Our calculated broker fee was 75 USD and this is what we immediate refund you as we do not perform the customs brokerage for this shipment. The only terrible person in this transaction was you, you don't want understand anything, you don't want work out any middle way, you don't want listen to anything. We give you all possible option, but nothing works for you. We are happy that the shipment is delivered without any damage and we can now move on to our daily work and focus on other customer need. Thanks
