rip off!
Don't pay for your tickets online, because instead of sending you an e-ticket (like any air traffic company does) you just receive a lousy email telling that you can collect your ticket at a sncf train station. Which means that you will have to queue anyway, and probably miss your train.
In my case, the first part of my journey was a bus ride from the airport to a train station, so I did not have my ticket yet. Therefore I had to pay for the bus again.
You will also have to bring your creditcard again, to PIN 0 euro to prove it was you. In my case, I couldn't do this because I don't know my creditcard pin by heart as I never use it (and it was also not told that I had to do this). So end of story: they refused to give me my tickets, and I had to buy everything over again!
I showed them my creditcard, my ID card, the email from SNCF but it all didn't help...
I explained my situation on the website, but have not received an answer, neither got my money back.
Thanks once again SNCF for your efficiency, flexibility and customer service!
