Correct supplier, but be careful with B2B orders
The delivery process was correct, but I do have two minor remarks: 1) the packaging is not strong enough for long transport; the box was severely damaged, though fortunately the radiator was not. 2) the website does not clearly state that you need to create an account before placing an order. As a result, payment was made including VAT despite entering the VAT number at checkout. After reporting this via email, no credit note was issued or new invoice created, which other suppliers do.

Ik heb contact met u opgenomen om uw tweede punt van kritiek toe lichten. Het eerste punt, over de verpakkingsmaterialen, hebben wij genoteerd. Dit is een aspect dat wij geregeld evalueren, maar waarin wij ook moeten zoeken naar een minimum/maximum. Meer verpakkingsmateriaal heeft immers zowel financiële als milieutechnische gevolgen. Zodoende wordt constant afgewogen of het aantal beschadigde leveringen een toevoeging van beschermingsmateriaal rechtvaardigt.
Wij hopen dat u, ondanks de aandachtspunten, blij bent met uw aankoop en dat we u in de toekomst opnieuw van dienst mogen zijn.

Nice tubs
I love the bathtub and the hardware. It's beautiful! Only, I asked about an out of stock bath tub. Said they had no idea whether it would ever be sold again. I made a compromise and ordered a smaller one instead. Not much later the complete & exactly same range of tubs is for sale again.

Wij kunnen deze informatie helaas alleen verstrekken wanneer voor een product een bestelling bij onze leverancier uitstaat of wanneer wij producten fysiek in ons magazijn hebben maar nog niet kunnen uitleveren.
In dit geval was deze informatie niet beschikbaar ten tijde van uw vraag en heeft onze medewerker u geprobeerd zo eerlijk en volledig mogelijk te informeren.

My review is mixed
My review is mixed. This is a long term review. I bought bathroom taps,two in built thermostat showers and a freestanding bath tap 9 years ago. they promise a 10 year warranty, which was why I chose them. the showers still work well, so that's good. the freestanding bath tap and sink taps are now highly corroded and need replacing. The sink tap has developed a hole from the inside (weird right). The response from their warranty department was improper maintenance (total rubbish) instead of material and manufacturing defects. Anyway they appear to not stand by their warranty. Two stars as the shower taps still work flawlessly.

The Best Customer Experience
I recently ordered two, special built-in tap controls from Hudson Reed, which I couldn’t find anywhere else. The quality of the products were outstanding; however, in the end we didn’t need the second one, so I decided to return it.
The return process became a mess due to my own mistake (I wasn’t able to hand over the package to the return delivery company several times), which resulted in multiple email exchanges with Hudson Reed to resolve the situation. Throughout the entire process, I received exceptional support from Angela, for which I am very grateful. With her help, we were ultimately able to resolve everything, and I received a full refund.

Missing pieces cause issues
Installation instructions are not clear. I know that it is not hard to construct the toilet since I have enough experience and hand-work but some pieces were missing and without them it is hard to install it. I bought them externally but exteremely hard to attach the 3/8 flex pipes since the other connection points leak. (Customer support contacted with me and expenses related issues resolved)
