Retourneren wordt onmogelijk gemaakt, fluiten naar je geld

Het is niet mogelijk een verkeerd geleverd artikel te retourneren.
Op de website krijg je geen mogelijkheid om een verkeerd geleverd artikel te retourneren. Dat moet dan via de mail. Alle benodigde informatie, inclusief foto's, gestuurd. Krijg je als antwoord "Bedankt dat je contact met ons hebt gezocht. Mocht je in de toekomst.......".

Na deze review eindelijk een tegoedbon gekregen, nadat alles weer opnieuw gemaild moest worden. Krijg je die tegoedbon, blijkt het niet geldig te zijn. Wederom contact gezocht en wederom geen reactie. Om moedeloos van te worden.
