I finally gave in and tried the Doonails stick-on nails. I used to do my nails at home, but gel nails just take so much time. Doonails looked great online with beautiful designs, a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I thought, why not give it a shot?

I did see some negative reviews on Trustpilot, but I still decided to try them out. I followed the instructions amd the video and honestly, the result was gorgeous. I loved how they looked. But after a week, I removed them and… greenies under my nails. I was so disappointed. I followed every single step, and having experience with gel nails, I know how to do a proper manicure.

I really wanted this to work. After some back and forth with Customer Support, I was told to send the product back. It’s now been two weeks - no refund, no update, no email. Nothing.

So now I’m out the cost of the product and the return shipping. I’m really disappointed. This is not how you build trust with customers.

I’m basically a big fan of Doonails press ons. If you prep your nails properly, the press-ons really stay on for 2-3 weeks, maybe with 1 or 2 nails needing to be reapplied. The thing I find disappointing though is that the new press-on designs are all so ‘different’ and artsy. Just add more nice colors, neutral and calm options, instead of crazy patterns, doodles here, and glow-in-the-dark there. The dips are much more divers and have way more uni color options that are basic and classy.
