Not to be trusted

I ordered an rc car and there were problems. Luckily I paid with Klarna because Banggood aftersale is ridiculously bad. I even wrote a 1 star review of the rc car on the Banggood app and they never published it. I can only find 5 star reviews on there.
Oh yeah, one more thing. I already posted a review on here and then they replied saying: contact us at vipservice@banggood or something. You can contact them and they will reply but they will NOT help you.
That’s all.

Quick delivery but very disappointing…

Quick delivery but very disappointing results. The clothing items look nothing like the product photos. Poor fabric. Trying to return the items has proved impossible so far. Sent e-mail as requested but keeps getting returned. Am treating this as a lesson learned. Items so bad am not even going to take them to the charity shop. Will be going in the bin! DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY!
