AMAZING
I bought 2x Samsung 40t 21700 Cell. I cannot test if they are original but from the looks they seems to be legit.
Delivery time was excellent. 10 Days shipping to slovakia. Keep in mind it was Christmas holiday time so IMO the time it took to came here was better then expected (order was made 24.12, delivery 3.1)
PS: S/O to GLS
Price is amazing too. I paid for 2x cells exactly the same price as i would buy 1x cell here.
I can only recommend this eshop.. definitely not my last order from them
I dont know what i did but as a bonus i got a little pack of HARIBO gummy bears :)

Cell malfunction - no waranty replacement

Incoming tested all cells - OK, verified capacity and identified capacity issues on some and reported same to nkon.nl (response: 'cells are ok'), continued load/function test and found 4 Cells failed after the 1st run (not in the pack, zero volts now). Contacted nkon.nl and recieved prompt reply, with additonal technicial and non-technical questions, after several emails, never got a final decission of replacing the 4 in question under waranty. Same like in my case, the nkon.nl team does reply to emails, but is getting there way out, by asking more and more questions, refering to non relevant information, but does not provide a customer satisfying solution.
Pricing is good, but when it comes waranty replacement, maybe not the best dealer to deal with. Watch out, test your cells upon arrival thoroughly, in case of malfunction don't expect good customer service. Unsatisfied Customer

This customer most likely destroyed the cells himself with spot welding.
He did answer 0 of my 3 questions. Seems to have zero experience of spot welding. not 100% sure since this customer refuses to answer any questions. Did not even send a photo of his work. Did not even send any result of his test, not sure if he can test cells properly.
Can it be worse?
I'm very disappointed with this society. Bought 4 batteries, and still waiting for them almost 2 MONTHS AFTER. I paid 6 euros for a solid shipping. At +1 month the society offered me to refund only half of the shipping, and considered it will take longer to send it again ..... still waiting for them, still no tracking information, and no news from nkon. They just answered fastly to my message (as usual) ... never again !!

This shipping method was indeed very slow, we quit it.
Tracking works fine and the parcel is available for pickup as you selected, but you had to fill in the order number and zip code on the tracking website, seems you where not able to do that or ask us for help.

Great company!
They made the effort to send out my batteries same day, even though they were very busy, and the batteries arrived within 2 days in the UK. So my son got them for his birthday.
Batteries all matched and good quality.

This guy is a liar, we send him a link which we send nearly daily to customer who wants to add something to an order. The link is self explaining but seems he did not even click on it. In the second email I explained you what you had to do (order the product from the link + the additional items you want to order)
But it was to difficult for this guy, considering his very bad English in the emails I think mainly a language problem.
Simply great service.
