Scam. Took the money and then nothing happened. Stay away

scammer, they force you to pay, and then they will terminate your account with a refund of any money that you have in your account.

Give them 0 if I could. We had to get lawyers involved to get our domains back. DON'T USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR DOMAIN OR SERVERS

They suspended my domain without any prior notification, While I tried to recover them, they said I CAN'T. When I tried to transfer, they said I CAN'T. Like what!! Not only that, even when I tried to register a new domain with my account balance, guess what? I CAN'T.

I can confirm the other bad ratings. My domain was frozen, too. Without any reason or notification before, my website went offline because they blocked my domain and wanted me to do a verification by sending them personal documents and my passport.

I did this verification because i didn't want to loose my domain and right after they have reactivated my domain i moved it away to another registrar.

Never again.

Will randomly lock your account and domains. Response time is slow, all accounts are accurate.

These are complete scammers. They confiscate domain names. They steal your domain names without any reason.

I did need to contact support because of an issue on their end. Indeed they don't care. It is also overpriced for what it offers and overcharges.

I had a terrible experience with Njalla. I registered multiple domains through their platform, and without proper explanation or warning, they suspended and took control of my domains. Despite reaching out to their support, I received no clear reason or evidence of any violation.

This kind of behavior feels like theft, especially when you pay for a service and your access is removed without transparency. I trusted Njalla to manage my domains, and they completely failed me.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before using this service. There are much more professional and trustworthy providers out there.

I didn't read reviews before joining... and honestly, everything is seamless so far. My VPS has been up, running and steady. Nothing wrong here... great service, so far.

I've had absolutely no business dealings with this company yet they try to make a $94 withdrawal from my credit card So to me it's a scam and I'd like to know how they got my card information

I bought three domains here a few months ago and set up DNS resolution for two of them. A few days ago, I found that my business was no longer valid. I found out that they had tampered with the DNS. There was no email or other notification during this period, which caused my business to suffer serious losses. Now I can't manage them. What's more ridiculous is that one of the domains is not used at all, but it is also banned. Yes, you must stay away from this garbage. You will not get anything except the domains stolen by them.

Without any discussion, proceedings, clarification of facts on both sides, closed access to the server and domain hosted by them. Essentially stole the data and domain.

Be careful with this company. I had 400 domains and they simply stole from me.

As a person who prefers IPv6 only networks, I am happy that Njalla is able to send me an email very fast to my email address, which is hosted on my IPv6 only email server. This made opening an account a very easy process unlike other similar domain registration services.
