BEWARE OF NIZACARS

I recently booked a car through the Ryanair app to visit my mother in Spain. Flight landed on schedule and sat on the courtesy bus without problems.
Upon arrival at Nizacars I was sat in front of a person whom I cannot describe really. He did not look at my booking on my Ryanair app firstly, but asked for my passport, drivers licence, credit card, which I thought was a bit odd. When he then started to run through insurance numbers. And I told him I had insurance he accused me of being rude, told me I would not get a car here and to leave. When I asked him what I had done, he accused me of calling him an idiot.
His colleagues although feeling uncomfortable stood by him. I left as being alone felt uncomfortable. After walking around the neighbourhood and realising I was not close to the airport, I returned and insisted they call the police, as they refused to return me to the airport. I sat down and refused to leave. The member of staff did not wear a name badge, refused to give me his name. After waiting for an hour , the police did not show up, I managed to take a picture of the offensive person before being chased away and walked on the motorway fearing for my safety in encroaching darkness with no predestrian highway back to the airport and arranged another car through a service at the airport with no problem. I have never felt so vulnerable being alone in a foreign country. Beware of using rentals outside the airport. You are at they're whim. He had had a bad day at the office. Took it out on me. A guy with no prospects with a pencil penis, I was uncomfortable and felt for my own security.

ridiculous rules about deposit

ridiculous rules about deposit - deposit of almost 4k EUR or buy extra insurance (price was higher than total price of rent), you cannot use debet card, you cannot use, electronic card, if you dont have enough limit on your card, you just need to buy insurance. car was ok, but that was only good thing - I would never use niza again

I rented a car from Niza Cars for 6…

I rented a car from Niza Cars for 6 days. They have a policy stating that if you are more than 3 hours late to pick up your car, you are forced to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle.

We were delayed, but we called them half an hour before the 3-hour limit and explained that we were already at the airport, waiting for transportation to their office. The staff told us over the phone that it was okay and instructed us to take the shuttle bus to their location. We arrived to their location 3,5 hours after pick up time

Despite this, when we arrived they still tried to charge us an extra €200 for a forced upgrade — even though the original rental only cost around €65. They completely ignored what we had been told during the phone call and refused to take responsibility.

Terrible customer service and a very dishonest way of treating customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I am super unhappy with service

I am super unhappy with service, when gave back car they charged me almost 300 eur for 3 cm scratch which was under the bumper which was even impossible to see and blaimed me that I didnt take picture with this scratch before. Had pictures with car and some visable damages but this was impossible to see, and was not ready to discuss just charged

Missed our connection in Amsterdam for…

We missed our connection in Amsterdam for BCN .
We tried many time to call Niza cars to inform them about our later arrival, but we where not able to get in contact with them ( all the time no one was picking up the phone )
When we arrived at Niza cars our booking was cancelled and they offered the same car for 20 x more than my original booking .
There was no understanding from the staff that this late arrival and not to inform them was beyond our control .

Overcharging and taking advantage of and unfortunate situation.…

Charging for a 300€ damage the amount of 750€ It is very close to extorsión.
I Will nevera renta fron you again. In top you hace an indirect liability for the cause of the damage. You should stop to put such visible stickers on the Cars, this Is attracting the thieves.
