Everything was really smooth

Everything was really smooth, from pick-up to the return, the staff was really helpful. No bad surprise, rather the opposite, far from the airport but worth it and the shuttle is included!

Great rental experience

This is my third time renting from Nizacars and the service is outstanding. You go to the pick up location, you take the shuttle and collect your car and you're free to go. We reserved two childseats which came brand new in package. So many thanks for everything.

Best Rent-a- car option

This is my second time using Nizacars service and it is very nice and easy, sharp shuttle service and excellent service, especially with Diego who helped us to find better solutions for our needs! I would always recommend people to use their service for better price just outside the big brand at the malaga airport.

Nice cars and friendly stuff but very weird rules of renting

I booked a car with Nizacars through booking.com, but when I went to pick up the car, they asked me to show my flight tickets, which I had already purchased and was planning to use. This was a requirement that was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Without the tickets, they refused to give me the car. The staff could not explain why they needed the tickets, but they referred to some internal company regulations that they did not show me. As a result, I spent over an hour waiting to find my ticket reservations and collect the car.

Well

Well, we were stranded in streets of greater airport.
Nizacars personal, helped us to find anther car, insurance and all we needed to start our trip.
The car was new, that was exelent accommodation, good fuel economy and comfortable.

Watch out for the extra fees

At the time of collecting my vehicle I was informed that I would be charged €350 for fuel because I had booked through a booking site. The only way to get around this was to take full insurance - even though I have a rental car insurance policy - costing over €500. I felt cheated. If I had been informed about this at the time of booking I would have booked with another company.

The male representative was rude…

The male representative was rude (skinny guy, probably in his late 30s or early 40s) , didn't share with the the rental contract or terms. When I asked to print a copy he became aggressive.
They don't go with you to the car to show you any previous damage, they just tell you to take pictures yourself.
They don't indicate the location of the car either.
Really bad customer service and rude and unprofessional staff.
Would not rent from them again.
