Delivery is horrendous. No information as to when to expect your order. Then when you get a notice that label is created in can be several days until it ships.

Like your products. Purchasing process ruins the experience. Needs fixed.

You didn't reply to my customer service email. My order still hasn't shipped after 3 weeks. Zero communication.

Ordered my Meteorite dial F77 Mk2 and couldn't be happier. Fulfillment could be faster, but for me, it only added to the anticipation and ownership experience. Customer service has been great as well. Elisse answered and addressed all my concerns. Understand that this is a revival brand, and I can imagine operations is still quite small. So, just be patient with them as they do respond and take care of their customers.

The upgrade was done and I am somewhat satisfied. The length of time to repair my watch and return it was ridiculous. It took almost 4 months! The “date” on my watch should advance at 12, but it doesn’t adjust until 3. It appears the technician was lazy. It works, but I am not totally satisfied.

On time easy to deal with and really good product

I really wanted to love my experience with Nivada Grenchen, because the watch itself is genuinely beautiful. The design, finishing, and overall quality of the watch are excellent, which makes this review even more disappointing to write.

Unfortunately, the customer experience has been one of the worst I’ve had when purchasing a watch.

Before placing my order, I contacted customer support with a few questions but received no reply in time, causing me to miss a complimentary strap promotion. After receiving the watch, I discovered that it came with the older bracelet clasp rather than the newer on-the-fly micro-adjust clasp shown in many reviews. This was disappointing and wasn’t communicated before purchase.

Another surprise was that the watch was shipped from China. I had expected a Swiss brand to provide more transparency about its fulfillment process, and I asked customer support for clarification.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails over the course of more than three weeks. Apart from one acknowledgement saying they were experiencing a high volume of inquiries and would reply as soon as possible, I have received no meaningful response whatsoever.

A high number of customer inquiries is simply not an acceptable excuse for leaving customers without an answer for weeks, especially after they have already spent a significant amount of money on a watch.

The watch itself deserves praise, but customer support is, in my experience, completely inadequate. If you are considering buying from Nivada Grenchen, be aware that the product you receive may differ from what you expect based on recent reviews, and if you need assistance afterwards, you may find yourself waiting weeks without any real communication.

I genuinely hope they improve their customer service because the watches deserve it. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying directly from them, and I personally would not purchase another watch from Nivada Grenchen unless this situation is properly resolved.

Buyer Beware – My Experience with Nivada Grenchen

I strongly advise anyone considering buying directly from the Nivada Grenchen website to think twice.

I contacted customer service to cancel my order, and they explicitly confirmed in writing that it had been cancelled. Despite that confirmation, they continued trying to sell me another watch and eventually shipped the original order anyway.

Since the watch arrived, customer service has completely disappeared. My emails have gone unanswered, and after submitting an official return request through their website, I have still received no meaningful response.

I was also surprised to discover during the return process that the watch would have to be returned to China, not Switzerland. That is information I believe customers should know before placing an order.

On top of that, I could not find a customer service phone number, and their Instagram account appeared to have disappeared, leaving virtually no way to contact anyone.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. A company selling watches at these prices should provide transparent information, honor its own commitments, and offer accessible customer support. In my experience, Nivada Grenchen has failed on all three counts.

Based on my experience, I would not buy directly from their website again, and I would strongly encourage anyone who does to pay only with a credit card or another payment method that offers chargeback protection.

Very pleased with my Super Antarctic. [Black face, no aging effect; Beads of Rice bracelet.] The quality is superb. Its vintage design and overall appearance frequently attracts compliments. Pairs well with either the BoR bracelet or the black sport strap. I have skinny wrists, but this sits well and just feels right. Great lume. Most important of all, it is easily readable in virtually all light conditions and from all angles.

My particular one is amazingly accurate (+1 sec/day when worn continuously), but to be fair I have other NG Antarctics (an Aquamar and a gorgeous 38mm Salmon Spider) which are in the 5-6 sec/day range. Still more than acceptable.

Shipping was quick. Customer service responds well to questions, but I have not had the need to send anything in for service, so I have no experience there.

Sent watch back for refund. I have not received refund. It’s been several weeks. Multiple emails have been unanswered. Terrible communication. Avoid.

Great customer service

I just received the repaired watch. However, I was extremely disappointed when i opened the outer box to see that the box the watch came in wasn’t in there. I had returned it in its box. My warranty card was in there still. Please send me a watch box in the mail as soon as possible, with a new warranty card.

Purchased an Antarctic Glacier 38mm. Watch was received in a nice case. Beautiful timepiece, with all the visual cues of a vintage watch, but modern movement and manufacturing. Great design and a nice wearing experience. Took a couple of weeks from order to shipping but delivery was very fast once with the carrier

Absolutely incredible team that is doing amazing work! I own 2 Nivada Grenchen watches, and will continue to be a lifelong customer.

Bought one of their watches in late March, and by April or May it had stopped working or winding properly. I reached out to them 3 times, through three paths, each time a different person reached out asking for an explanation of the issue and pics. Each time I’ve provided the info and each time they have stopped responding at all. I do not recommend. Bothered the product and service quality are terrible. Don’t waste your money

I really love my Arctic Spider. It's really beautiful. The retro feel, kinda art deco looks amazing. I collect modest price pieces and it has to be something I really want to be anywhere near this price point and I am really happy with my purchase. Ordering was easy. Kept in touch throughout and delivery was as outlined. Great experience. Planning my next purchase already.

After receiving my watch in early April, I contacted customer service because there was a problem with it. I was asked to return the watch to Hong Kong, even though it had been shipped to me from France. Initially, the watch was supposed to be repaired. When I indicated that I did not want that because I had paid for a new watch and not a "refurbished" one, it took quite a while before I received a reply. I proposed to either replace with the same model, replace with another model or get a refund. They agreed with replacing the watch instead of repairing. Every time I asked for an update via email, it took several days to get a response. The current status is that on April 23rd (15 days ago), I received an email stating that I should not worry and that a new watch would be sent. Since then, I have heard nothing more, not even after I asked for an update earlier this week. Let's just hope I get the watch after all. In short, a very bad customer experience.

6 months for a quartz swap out, Amber was great keeping me informed but thats it.

Avoid this company – ignores cancellations and ships anyway!
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I explicitly requested to cancel my order well before it was processed, received no response from their "support" team, and then they had the nerve to ship the watch anyway.
A serious company respects its customers' decisions and monitors their inbox. Shipping an item after a clear cancellation request is a shady tactic to force a sale. It feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. I’m now stuck fighting for a refund and a return label. Save your money and buy from a reputable dealer instead. This company is a joke!!
