our servers keep getting ddossed, Nitrado wont up any security and tell us they cant help. they expose our ip instead of hiding it or making a domain to hide it. the ddossed protection is weak. DO NOT USE NITRADO

had a great experience with the support team. I was having issues with my server, so I reached out for help, and the process was instant and seamless. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Absolutely fantastic support no complaints at all!

I had a severe Ram issue with the server but the Operator Ailssa helped me with some backend fixes to improve the performance. She has quickly replied and solved the issue.
At first, had a problem with setting up a modded server, but Edin K. from support helped me get to play with my friends! 10/10 service.

Emailed in a ticket and recieved support but it was still in a restart loop. contacted chat the next day, took over an hour to speak to human support but Elias H helped me get it back up quickly once he arrived and even hung around while I re-uploaded a file incase there was a problem. Would have been nice to have had the lost server time readded but alas....Thanks Elias H. for getting it up and running again,

I having been using Nitrado's services for a private server on Dune Awakening and it has been one of the best choices I have made. Before Nitrado, I was using another service provider, and they were terrible--their servers down more often than up, and I finally got sick of it. I switched to Nitrado and it's been smooth sailing since.
Alissa and Sam helped me. Never been helped so good. Very fast, clear and friendly!
Had connection issues with my valheim server I rent from Nitrado, raised tickets but had no response or help from other Nitrado representatives until today when Edin K joined the chat and resolved all of my issues, even helped test the server was working properly with us.
It wasn’t a quick fix but Edin stayed on the case.
By far the best customer service I have received from any tech company, Nitrado need to look after people like Edin!

My rented game servers have worked reliably without any issues. While the web interface could use some improvements, the support service is excellent.
I encountered a problem where banning didn’t work properly on my ARK: Survival Evolved server, but the issue was quickly resolved via chat by Edin K.

Rented a server from Nitrado and it doesn't work as intended. The server only appears in the game to a few users everyone else can't find it or connect with direct connection through the IP provided. Customer support chat takes 1-3 hours to reply, after talking to support who kindly changed our IP and our server machine, we are having the same issue on a brand new server, that we haven't modified.
We decided to switch to a different server hosting provider and the server worked immediately with no issues whatsoever.
Extremely frustrating experience with Nitrado unfortunately as we were excited to work with them after many years.

Have had no issues with Nitrado hosting our private Ark server, they've been very reliable. The one issue I did have was due to a mistake of my own so after speaking to the chat bot and a bit of a wait, I was eventually connected to Dennis S. who immediately worked on a resolution and to my great relief was able to get me back into my server right away. Super efficient, no nonsense and worth the money. Dennis you're a star, thank you!
I couldnt join by server for 8 hours and i had an awsome helper. Sergio Sandoval took the time and my fustration and helped me very well. Hes the best! Hope he will be the one to help again if i have another problem.
The web face is a bit hard to use. But also, their support and policies are not user-friendly and punish the user. They do not offer refunds for recurring payments like most hosting providers.

I know a lot of players have issues with Ark Ascended servers being restricted to Nitrado only, but so far the service has been working fine and is good for what you pay. Thank you again.
