Parts were reasonably priced and delivered in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service. Live chat option is not helpful, all AI. Faulty part, dealership had to remove defective MAF sensor. Engine failure as soon as brand new NissanPartsDeal part was installed. NissanPartsDeal took weeks to give me an RMA, even with service documentation from my Nissan dealer. Now they’re telling me they’re replacing the part, not refunding. I have spent hours and hours trying to return this part. I will never use this company again or recommended it. No customer service Support. From the start they never took responsibility for their defective part. They do nothing to help you out if their parts are defective. It’s not worth it for the expense of the parts. You’re better off dealing directly with your dealership. Why would anyone want a replacement part, when the original brand new part has caused nothing but headaches from this company.

First, I'm a fan of Nissan products. In my opinion they provide the lowest price and highest quality products on the market. The Versa is the most affordable car in America and the Frontier is the most affordable rugged truck on the market. They last for ever, too, if you maintain them properly and use genuine OEM parts. These parts are not only affordable but are very competitive with traditional parts stores when you order your parts through nissanpartsdeal.com. I've only had good experiences ordering from these guys and the parts are top notch OEM products. The only way my experience could be better is if they opened a brick and mortar across the street from my house. I highly recommend ordering parts from nissanpartsdeal.com!

Everytime you answer a question after you send a request for a RMA for the return, they send more questions. I have been trying to send back the wrong parts for 3 weeks now. Waiting for the next question they ask. Update: Now they will only let me return parts that are over $8.00 they say. None of my parts were under $8.00. Insane. Of course they make you pay return shipping even though their website description was inaccurate on part fitment. There are plenty of OE Nissan part websites to choose from, don't make the mistake I made and chose this one.
