It was a disaster because they don't take any responsibility at any time to help you with your parcel if there are delays in delivery. They just sell and charge. The rest is a matter of luck. They are not committed to good customer service.
I had a small window of time to order, ship and receive my new bottle of 38 year aged Kamebishi Soy Sauce. The staff at Nishikidori went above and beyond to assist and assure my transaction was flawless. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
One ramen Bowl arrive broken. When contact them they told me that is my fault because you must open and verify everything with the courrier in front. I recieve everything in an office building, cant do that. Never seen nothing like these before, probably should be ilegal. Aboid this company.

We regret this unfortunate experience. As indicated on our parcels, it is imperative to open the parcel on receipt (even if it is a concierge service) in order to make a reservation in the event of a problem during transport. In any case, as an exception, we sent you a new item at our expense. As we have not received any feedback from you, we assume that the delivery went smoothly. best regards.
